Hard to choose anything. Location was fabulous close to everything The room was absolutely disgusting. I came here for surgery & had no time to force them to swap rooms. The floors were extremely dirty. U didnt have to look hard to see that it wasnt clean. Showering had stuff all over the walls, the tub barely drained and the shower curtain was filthy. Surfaces in the room including bathroom counters, tv area. Kitchen tables etc had things caked on them. Shelves were dusty and barely attached to the wall. The doors have things smeared on them. The drawers had stuff all in them dirt hair etc so u couldnt out anything in them. Theres no disposable cups. As dirty as this room was theres no way im trusting the glassware from the kitchen. Upon arrival toilet had pee drops on the seat and toilet paper in the toilet. Also poop & dark stains in the bowl i assumed were mold. Hair left over on the counters. Theres a very distinct musty smell in this room. Room 220 for reference. The beds were not comfortable & the pillows were lumpy. First night we were given a wake up call of the fire alarm blaring at out no where at 6am.

Hotel employee at front desk was lovely. The rooms are laid out so nice and spacious. The full kitchen is great. The breakfast lady wasn’t great. We got down for breakfast and there was NO coffee on a Saturday morning. Several people just waiting for coffee. She didn’t even have back ups ready. Someone had to let the front desk know.

Staff was excellent. Towels weren't all the way clean and bathroom sink didnt drain
-
We didn’t have breakfast The beds were great. The couch was horrible. The toilet was too low. The shower sprayed water on the floor due to the door only covering half of the shower. Cracks in the tile on the bathroom floor.

Very clean hotel no issues. We stayed 3 nights. I tried to book another date for 3 nights, but they wouldn’t allow with a cancellation option even being a Marriott member- so I had to go with another property.

Passable

Decent place but givenWhat we paid on A game weekend it’s hard to feel I got my moneys wirth. But that’s not the hotels fault. A few small things like a half used toilet roll in bathroom isn’t very appealing and a broken toilet roll holder.. front door wouldnt close properly, even maid left it open in error. Maid service didn’t replace towels after cleaning room. So just ok, not exceptional.

Bad

The location was easy to get on and off the interstate. The first room we were put in the toilet did not flush so they moved us to another room. The second room was dirty. The couch was torn and not all of the lights worked. The room had a coffee machine but no coffee pot. When I opened the silverware drawer there were crumbs all in it.
-
Clean No shampoo, no coffee, water had air in it.
-
The coffee was cold one morning, my room key was given to another guest who tried entering my room around 10:30pm. I couldn't eat the breakfast, and then to top it all off the on-site EV chargers had issues. The bright side is the 72°F room went to 70 over night, and the next day fell to 68, so the room was fairly comfortable.
