We booked a room online traveled over an hour to get there and when we showed up was told that they didn't have a room that we booked. Because of an air conditioner problem in the room four months ago. This was ridiculous we were able to rent a room drive over an hour to get there and be turned away. And the place was disgusting The overall staff was rude and the place was disgusting also the promised room was not available and hasn't been for over 4 months

Nothing Never was given cleaned bed covers. Clean towels roaches all in the hotel. The air conditioner didn't work. Had to use fans

I wasn't even able to take that lady was so unbelievably rude Everything everything about her and that's the reason I left and went to another motel cuz nobody will disrespect me like that

Absolutely nothing. They charge for every little thing then said I would get the whole deposit back and yet they shorted me $20 of my deposit. The room smelled like a men’s locker room, both beds had burn holes all in the covers, the toilet wasn’t secured to the ground, they had a bag shoved in the hole above the toilet, the shower hadn’t been cleaned in idk how long, the bathroom door looked like somebody got into a fight with it and the cherry on top there was roaches and somebody out there stealing peoples DoorDash.
