Super 8 by Wyndham Akron S/Green/Uniontown OH

I don’t think I would stay there again for it to be in green, I was a bit shocked. But the staff was definitely nice and accommodating as best as they could be. The pool was ice cold! It’s like it was no heater or anything. I did find a heater in the pool, but I mean it was very small. The breakfast was not the best either and some guest overconsumed on the food. The beds were not comfortable. But the TV worked. And I like their water pressure in the shower.

Property is being drained of value. Clean but not well maintained. Good value but we’ll stay someplace else next time.

Several electric powered items were unplugged upon entry into my unit. Had to trouble shoot and then re-plug myself … including moving a large console unit (not easy) only to find dirt, trash, and other ‘things’ behind this console. Made me pause concerning the thoroughness of the cleanliness of the rest of the unit. Overall - subpar … will not be staying at a Super 8 anytime soon.

There were no bugs in the room I booked this hotel because it claimed to have a business center (I had some things to print) and a hot tub (I knew my business was going to leave me sore that night). They had neither, even though the "amenities" plaque in the lobby explicitly listed it

The room was terrible. There was no lightbulbs in my lamps. The phone did not have a cord to connect to the wall. The bathtub was filthy. The toilet was clogged. Never has I ever had that horrible to stay and I’m a regular customer there it was not good at all. I’m very unsatisfied. I would like some type of compensation.

Right off highway

I’ve stayed at a lot of Super8 motels and this was the worst quality stay I’ve had in 30 years. The staff was rude and ineffective at customer service. We asked for several things that are normal but was not met with any satisfaction. The window was unable to lock it stay closed. It was down to 55*F at night. We asked for maintenance to secure the window as we have a toddler, to no effect. Nobody came. Faucet in the bathroom sink constantly dripped and has a brown crust around the base. There was no soap to wash out hands. No. Soap. We asked for some and the staff informed us they don’t give out soap but gave us hair conditioner gel. We had to go to a store and buy soap to stay hygienic. The jacuzzi was drained but had brown crust around the vents. The pool was not properly chlorinated and had a salty taste and smell. Salting a water is not the same as chlorinating a body of water and is definitely not to code. Our lamps had broke and unsafe built in outlets. They had both broken faces and damaged internal charging receptors. This was the absolute worst stay I’ve ever had with this chain.

Nothing. It was horrific in every way. Totally disgusting and gross. Filthy. Drug dealers. Fights. Burn holes in every fabric in both rooms. Pool closed. Horrible in every way. Scary place to be.

The handicapped rooms were on the second floor. The bathroom in the room was not very handicapped accessible. It just wasn't a good fit for disabled people

Breakfast could have used more protein. Coffee was good. Bathroom drain was plugged with hair. No soap other than shower gel. No clock. Lightbulb was burned out. Room 117

What we didn't like was some how the smoke came into the non smoking rooms and we have bad allergic reaction from smoke won't be staying there again

It was an ok hotel but not the best,would have to think twice before sraying there again. Contiental breakfast was one of the worst ones we'd ever seen Wouldn't recommend this to our friends and family

This was an awful hotel to stay at. Police came to a family members room to see a person that had checked out that store a car someone knocked on my door at midnight to find a person obviously not there. The carpets were wet there was rust in the microwave the floor molding was pulled off there was trash left on the bed from previous guest. The entire hotel had an odor and my key card pad shocked me when I used it to enter the building . Hot tub was drained and broken and the pool had limited hours 2-3 hours per day in the evening only. Breakfast was Frosted Flakes or fruit loops orange juice was orange water only and apple juice nothing else was offered. Very dirty place to visit pick ANY where other than this place it should have been shut down already. If I could give it a negative I surely would have worse place I have EVER stayed at….,.,, BEWARE you have been made aware of how disgusting this hotel is

Location The Continental breakfast was lacking.

It had been updated and was very clean

Staff was always helpful and very nice. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Overall a great stay for the money.
