Overall great stay

The bed was super comfy. I went to get breakfast and there was a lady in there with her children. Just letting them grab food with their bare hands. The staff member in the back tried to get more food, but breakfast was just about over.

Very friendly staff Nothing! Great location to restaurants and shopping if needed.

Disappointing
-
Staff, food, room The bathroom doors don't have knobs or stoppers on the slider door so you have to be careful closing the door it caught, crushed, and cut my mom's finger at the nail bed and we struggled to get the bleeding to stop. The body lotion dispenser was empty in the room. The other dispensers were full but lotion was empty

We got the 2 queen bed room which included a couch with pull out bed. The room was clean and very large. The breakfast offered a variety of choices including several protein options. We would stay here again.

The room was not as clean as in past stays
-
The location was great and walkable to most eateries which was nice. The room was fairly clean (the shower could have used some TLC) and was spacious. The breakfast was lackluster at best and ran out of proteins and had long lines for the 1 waffle maker thus making the inclusive breakfast not worthwhile. The coffee/tea station had no lemon juice nor honey so very basic. The overall stay was definitely not worth the price at over $200/night not including taxes.

Great property where my dogs are welcome! Always stay here as a stop on our road trips.

The breakfast was great but it would be great to have non-pork meats on the menu. The overall stay was great.
-
Yes, food was plentiful and tasted great.
-
The room was very nice with a full size refrigerator and microwave. Dishes in the room for long term stay. Nice sitting area to sit in at night. Breakfast was also nice

Everything was great except for the young lady that checked us in. She needs more training. She was not enthusiastic and acted like she didn't want to be there. We mentioned we had a dog with us and we paid the fee for that and the deposit fee. She told us that we would get the deposit fee back. I waited and didn't see the credit and called back on 04/02 to see why and the gentleman told me that I wouldn't get my deposit back because that was the pet fee. My credit card was charged the deposit fee and the pet fee. I told him that I was not happy and the employees need more training if they gave me false information. She told me that I would get the deposit back and I should. I have a receipt for what she charged me for the pet fee, but my card was charged the pet fee and the deposit fee. What's the deal?
