Loved the rooms and the staff were amazing!!! Only downfall was the pool water was freezing and found lots of lizards in it. Most definitely suggest getting a heater for the pool.

Arrived to find comfort inn was bought out by Hyatt place and the venue under active construction. After two nights of active construction, the venue refunded us our stay.

The property is being updated and parys are under construction. That being said our room was new and updated. It was clean and updated. We stayed one night as we were in the area for a family gathering. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation staying there again when in the area.

We start off with a positive. The rooms were really large, really nice size… Negative they are doing renovations, so there was ripped up carpet all out front and through the hallways and paint and debris in the hallways by the elevator and all day what sounded like somebody was drilling holes through my wall with a drill, squealing noise and knocking and banging all day I wanted to go to the pool so I head down there and workers were staring and talking and made me feel uncomfortable so I went back inside Never made it to the pool… The breakfast was OK other than nothing cold to drink. The juice machine was down so there’s no juice more thing would drink was coffee or hot tea. Their breakfast selection is bare minimum. The waffles were good. This is my second time staying at this hotel stayed to visit the college campus and then this day was moving my daughter in to college. beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows the shampoo and conditioners, awful and recommend bringing your own… Hopefully the next time I come down to visit my daughter in School our renovations will be done a decent hotel all things considered.

Currently wrapping up renovations for converting to a Hyatt Select. Rooms refreshed nicely and newer feel to entire building. Breakfast was only average (minimal selection), shower water pressure low in 4th floor room I had.
