Harmony Inn & Suites

It was an OK room, though we had some flies in the room.

The breakfast was appropriate for a hotel stay as they had various foods, coffees, teas and juice. The location was helpful as it was close to resturants and gas stations. The bed was a little more firm that I am used to and the pillows were quite small. my room was directly in sight of the light pole outside, but I imagine there is not much they can do to fix that.

We had some engine trouble and the staff was will to accommodate whatever we needed. We didn’t end up needing anything but knowing that we would have been supported was very reassuring. The very accommodating staff. Everyone I talked to.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing Extremely noisy. Lots of workers staying there. Motel doors opening and closing all hours of the night and early morning.

The staff were friendly. No smoking in the rooms; however, you had to walk through all the smokers to get to your room. The bed looked like it had been slept in. Large yellow stain on the comforter. Turned on the heat and it started smoking, causing the fire alarm to go off. The room did not feel clean.

The staff was really pleasant, the room was clean, but not spotless, the bathroom needs a shelf to put your glasses, and other necessities. The odd thing was, we were not provided with room cleaning, nor fresh towels, for the 4 days we stayed there. This might’ve been my fault for not reading the fine print on the reservation agreement, where it might’ve stated the guest needs to request these services. Other than these, in my opinion, minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay at the Harmony hotel, and if I’m ever in Valentine again this will be my hotel.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was good. It was on the second floor, no elevator. We are 71 and 63. Lugging our luggage up the stairs was a lot for us.

Fine sleep Noise from the busy road and people (construction workers?) up early and talking LOUD and motorcycle going in the parking lot during the night.

Breakfast was very good. Everything else was a disappointment. It was not 10/10 on anything as other reviewers noted. I booked this because of the many strong reviews but this motor lodge/motel vibe “inn” needs cleaning, upkeep, refreshing, and overall attention. The outside is dirty and the inside is very rundown. The bathroom grout needs scrubbed and there was hair in the corner of the bathroom floor. The furniture is mismatched and well used. All in all a 6/10.

I don't know They don't except cash to pay for your room. The staff person was rude and no help. I had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay for me and my family that excepts cash.

We went for breakfast and there were no eggs available. Also, the eggs other people were eating had sausage in them. My spouse has a gluten allergy so there were no options for him. Bathroom did not have a vent so it was very muggy in there. Shower head needed clean. The staff was fine. The room overall was serviceable.

Room was quite and very large with the living room and bedroom. 2 tvs were great. Breakfast was well done and tasted great.
