Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Vancouver

Don't get me wrong, the bathroom was nice and the beds were fine. It was just very very dark and gloomy. Everything was painted dark brown. That also matched the dark brown carpet. It was like being transported back into 1970. Just a tad on the creepy side. I don't thing anything has been updated since the 1970's

The site lies, pool closed, no crib option, smoke smell in hallway, walls have hangers from photos frames that once hung, holes in wall, scratches on doors, not what the photos looked like, staff were not capable of solving problems or welcoming. Would suggest finding another place.

Bad

The ease of checking in and out. Nicely located off Hwy 405. When I first walked into the building to get to my room, I noticed that the back door was broken. The following day, it was still broken. That needs to be repaired for safety reasons. The breakfast was very minimal. They could improve that.

Staff was great to us. Professional. Did the best with what was provided. Very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Maid service was amazing. Fresh towels daily. Pool is still unavailable as well as the laundry room. Price seemed too high most weeks but still the cheapest in town. Get what you pay for. But manageable.

Nothing, dirty, shady people hanging around in parking lot. Just a shit hole place Everything!

It's work out for the night It's was ok

Clean room but the water is so strong that it splashes all throughout the bathroom. No pool and common bathroom at the ground floor when we went this oct. Breakfast is just fine. No cooked breakfast: only bread, coffee, cereal, some fruits which is ok to start the day. Close to vancouver mall And restaurants nearby. Overall good price for family and our fur baby.

Very old and not good cleaning

I paid for my rooms through booking.com and have been charged over $920.00 in the last 2 days by days Inn for my stay also. They keep taking money out of my account. I went to the bank changed my info disputed everything changed my card info and they still just charged me another $270.00.. This is ridiculous. The bed was broken down bad, there was hair in the tub, there was also a hole in the tub on the inside, windows was broken. It was an awful experience. Then stealing and fraudulently taking my money is the most upsetting.

Staff wasnt friendly or helpful, property was in poor shape, jot tub & pool were not working. Wouldn't stay there again. Lovation was good easy access to freeway.

Great location for shopping but that’s about it. The room was dirty, blood stain on the lamp shade, hole in the wall, rusted bathroom lamp shade, the batteries to the tv remote were taped in as there was no back to it. I can go on and on. Arrived at 7:45pm to be told my room was still not ready as “it had to be deep cleaned”. At that point I should have known to ask for a cancellation instead of another room.

Location The first room given to us smelled so bad we asked to switch rooms. Both room were ran down, broken bathroom tiles. The hall ceiling had missing tiles and overall completely ran down.

We booked due to the indoor pool and hot tub. The hours open? 3pm to 7pm. We missed the window entirely.

The thing I like best about this hotel is when I checked out There are many things I do not like about this hotel too long to list. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody no matter what your budget is. It’s disgusting.

Nothing It was dirty didn’t get my deposit back even tho it was trashy when I got there.

The breakfast options No elevator and lots of renovations going on
