Great stay! Can’t complain.

Great location and great Breakfast. Rooms have been updated. Air conditioner leaked water into the carpet... alot.

Staff was amazing. Check in/out was a breeze. Breakfast was good. The room was fine...with the exception of everything covered in a layer of dust. The people who had stayed before us had scribbled in the dust of the chairs at the table and the coffee table had lines drawn in it.

Clean room, adequate breakfast

the breakfast was no good. not what i'll expect from Holiday Inn for $150/night.

Under reconstruction, AC was very hard to understand and control. Indoor Pool temp was way to cool. Evening staff had not yet been trained. Breakfast foods were good, however the one person staff did not keep up with refilling trays, etc. The pancake maker was not working correctly.

Great location. They were playing games with the prices. They set pricing like it was close to full occupancy and it wasn’t. Noisy.

Location is excellent. Doing a remodel. Entry door needs adjustment. Bathroom door was out of plumb. When you opened it slightly it would swing open toward the inside of the bathroom. Sink faucet needs adjustment. Hot water would flow with a lot less pressure than the cold.

Convenient location

Electric outlets not working had to change rooms. Then toilet didn’t flush no water. Hairdryer nor telephone worked. Could not change channels on tv. From the 4 nights we stayed only 1 time the beds were made. At evening nobody is ever at the desk. Breakfast items running low or not available. We stayed here last year and we had no trouble at all. Maybe they were understaffed and they were in a remodel.

My family members all had reservations at the Best Western, but I had always chosen the Holiday Inn. When I checked in, the staff member was not helpful, and she looked like she was wearing sweatpants and a sweater. When we got to the room, the AC was off, and when we attempted to turn it on, it kept tripping off. When she finally came down, she attempted it and nothing. I asked if they had any other rooms, and she said no and offered no sorry or other solutions. I was then left scrambling to find another room at 930 pm. All she said was that she texted her manager, and I was left to call Expedia the next morning for a refund, as I had not heard anything. I also heard another customer complain about the lack of breakfast, and the staff said she was the only one there for 12 hours, as if that were an excuse for poor service. From now on I will think twice.

The facility should be giving a discount. Pool was closed, hallways have things sitting around. Breakfast was completely out and very slow to replenish. Certainly could use more staff to maintain the breakfast.

The pool was not in service and my room AC only worked after I reset the fuse on the plug

Booked the king double room with hot tub and got a small regular one bed one room no hot tube and small TV on the third floor with no price discount and I'm pretty sure they charged me again

The hotel was being rennovated to an extreme that made it difficult. Signage is all on the floors. We were given a different room style than what we reserved (with no discount) that had outlets and blinds that did not work. No sheets or pillows were included for the pull out couch. There was renovation dust all over one wall. It was not disclosed that the pool was closed. There were signs for a vending machine that we were then told doesn't exist.They ran out of food at the free breakfast.

All ok except in the middle of renovations do a not messy in parts

I had reserved King bed but we got 2 queens, TV turned on, however the remote would not change channels. I felt if they were in a remodel time, that should be stated as you are booking. Our room did not feel like it was completed.

Booked for the stay, and nothing was mentioned about the hotel being remodeled beforehand.
