Very nice place to stop for the night after traveling all day.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommendations for lunch were made to us based on what we wanted to eat, and the recommendations were spot on. Our room was lovely, quiet, and had one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on in a hotel. The hotel is very close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, but it is also secluded and quiet. It is also very close to the Great Lakes Naval Station if you have a son or daughter graduating from boot camp as we did. The hotel provided us with the graduation schedule and a list of nearby things to do and places to eat. We also had to extend our stay due to a flight change. They could not have been more accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Was overall a good stay and the bed was so comfortable

Clean hotel with a gym to keep my boys on routine. They even put up a sign congratulating my sailor on graduating boot camp. I definitely recommend if you want a place with a bit of distance from the base.

I didn’t like that the sink was just a very large bowl. One is not able to wash hair as you can’t Les. Over. O and get close enough to the faucet. Also in the separate toilet you had to step all the way in to the room in order to close the door. Toilet is situated poorly within the room.

Room is clean and spacious. Interior design is unique. Has lots of mirrors strategically placed which we like. This room has shower head with hose which I rarely see in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for it's reasonable price and great amenities.

We have stayed at this hotel over 25 nights. We have seen a slow decline in the condition of this hotel. FIX THE POOL ALREADY. The elevator makes horrible noises. The water pressure was so high that is was painful. Tv channel selection is poor. Beds are getting worn out. The price point and location make this a good choice for us but notably declining in condition.

It looked like a bottle of something exploded under the sink and was never cleaned- dried white spray over the doors, walls and floor...pretty hard for staff to miss. I understand breakfast you had to pay for- but dang, not even coffee in the lobby...just a small coffee pot in the room that nobody trusts anymore. Bed was comfy- couldn't hear road noise so that was a plus but I definitely kept my shoes on the whole time.

About 15 minutes from Great America and the hotel is nice enough. I had requested an extra set of sheets and a comforter and was assured the items would be delivered to our room. We arrived back at 1 AM and the items had not arrived. I went to the front desk and was handed the set to carry up myself.

It was a very good experience at all aspects!

Tyler & Jose I love them ! I feel at home with them

The room was big, the bed was firm and cozy. The bathroom was pretty tiny, and the shower had bad water pressure. Our sink was barely spitting water. Seems like the property overall could use some maintenance/upkeep. But we found it perfect for a one night stay with our pup.

The property is clean on the outside and great customer service at the front desk and even call line during after hours were pretty nice. One thing after another. Our first room was not the cleanest upon arrival, but I’m not one to complain ever over minor things. Secondly our room had a huge mold spot right above the door when you walk in. Kind of concerning that they would give a moldy room to a family with two small children but okay…. We continued to try to enjoy our stay even after these things until we went to go try to wind down and take a show in the nighttime and the shower head busted out of no where and water went everywhere. I had to call the hotel, someone did help me and told me they would not be able to fix it until tomorrow. I told them that is fine as long as they can come early in the morning. I went to the front office the next morning and they told me I would have to switch rooms because the time maintenance would possibly take to long on the shower. So now we have to take time out of our trip to pack up AGAIN and MOVE to a completely new room… okay. Once in the new room we noticed that there was no TV cable cord to be able to use the TV and the shower head also looked like it was about to fall apart. Not to mention the pop corn ceiling falling from the roof and the visible mold around the edges on the room.

I don’t appreciate housekeeping profusely knocking on my door at 8:00 AM - to then do it again 45 min later to see if I checked out yet. Ridiculous approach

The room was clean. The comforter had a few holes in one of the beds, the cold water in the sink was warm, the keyless entry card had to be reprogrammed 3 times on our last day, there was no non slip mat in the shower and it was very slippery. As bad as it might seem with this review, our overall experience was definitely good but not excellent.

Location, staff, cleanliness, bedding. Breakfast was a treat - great selections and pleasant staff. Decor and surfaces appeared worn and somewhat dated
