South Beach Place - Vero Beach

Everything including the staff Can’t say I didn’t like anything

It is incredibly clean; the staff is constantly cleaning. The rooms have every amenity, making them perfect for couples or families. The pool is spectacular. The BBQ area is spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The grill area is cleaned daily. We were moved to a more comfortable room after a minor issue arose, and the staff helped us immediately. Best of all, the beach is just steps away. I liked it so much that I'll have to go back ??

The room was funky, cool and clean. Pool area was clean. Great location across the street from the beach. The price was really good for location and accommodations. Staff was helpful for our late check in. The ad made it seem like the couch was a pull out bed but it was not.

Great design and beautiful grounds.....this place looks like a $400 per night hotel. Bugs in the room is a deal breaker for me. If my partner had been with me, she would have refused to sleep there, and I would have been moving us to another hotel at midnight. I realize there are (sometimes) bugs in beach rentals, but not an upscale boutique hotel like this. (I killed 2 large cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.) 'Sorry.....I won't be back.

Location is great - 5-7mins drive to the most of parks, cafes. there are 3-4 nice restaurants within 5 min walk. Ocean is just near the corner. Hotel is very cozy, quite and has relaxed family friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is unstable wifi.

We loved our stay! It was quaint, quiet, and perfect for us. We love that there’s only 18 rooms and the pool was great.

I didn’t realize how close the property was to the beach because we hit the beach first and it was literally across the street. Everywhere we went was only about a 15 min drive. Room was very clean and comfortable and the area felt safe and was quiet. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to the area.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The room is large. Pool is nice. Free bikes to use. Kitchen appliances were newer. There is no door separating the bedroom with the living area.

The location in Vero Beach is convenient, but unfortunately, the management's business practices overshadowed the stay. Hidden fees and unprofessional post-stay harassment. After departure, we received harassing text messages from management demanding an undisclosed $100 surcharge. Demanding significant, uncontracted payments after a guest has checked out is predatory and unacceptable.

Pool area was nice. Location great opposite beach and chairs provided. Room was not as advertised. It said a separate bedroom and living room. This was false it was one room with no door . Also it said two beds , one in living room and one in bedroom . There was only one bed. Sprinklers came on at 4am it was so loud . They have a quiet policy after 10pm yet ignore it. Don’t stay here if value sleep . When arrived at 4:30pm was no one there even though it says hours open 9-5.30. Such a shame as could be so good but was so bad.
