Everything was great.

All mechanical systems worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's an amazing place to stay when you are on a short or on a long trip. It's right by the Immigration Headquarters if you are visiting immigration for an interview or a meeting. Check out is at 12 noon but you can easily extend your check out by an hour or two or longer simply by asking friendly staff at the front desk. This is done at no charge to you!

Front desk staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in earlier than the 3pm check in time as well as allowing me to checkout one hour later. Accommodations were excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Fairfax, VA.

I only needed for one day but honestly I would 100 percent go back. Check-I was super easy the parking was easy to get too. A great experience.

The staff member who was working when we checked in was incredible - she was super friendly and helpful! The hotel was a great stay, the only things worth noting is that parking is an extra fee which I didn’t see in the listing and the beds are a little on the firm side which can be uncomfortable for some folks!

Everything is fine except one thing: Most staffs are very unkind. No smiles. No willingness to serve customers well. They need training/education.

Very clean rooms; seamless check-in and check-out. Nice bar/lounge area for watching football.

Everything was great except I have become accustomed to a good cup of complimentary coffee or tea in the morning in the lobby (and sometimes even juice) so one can have a quick cup before going out or exercising. The Starbucks was strangely not great tho it was a specialty drink—no quality control—and of course expensive.

A little out dated. And the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Old and sunken in.

I don't like having to pay extra for breakfast so I just had coffee and a protein bar in my room. I also don't like having to pay extra for parking but had no other choice.

Room was clean, staff hotel staff were friendly, location is great and parking was easy. However, I would not recommend buying the breakfast option: you only get one or two items from the mini version of the Starbucks cafe in their lobby. Not only it doesn’t have full Starbucks menu, but the prices are higher than normal and service is slow.
