Everything was nice besides check in. My key didn't work originally. When I went down to the front desk to get new ones and then get back to the room where my husband was waiting he told me somebody was in the room. I sat there and listened for a minute and somebody definitely was already occupying the room. So I had to go back down to the front desk and get a new room assigned. That was 20 minutes of wasted time and I had dinner reservation coming up. Oh and also there is some sort of Club or restersunts blasting music until about 12:30 a.m. and that was definitely annoying.

Great stay! Clean, clean, clean! Comfy bed, great shower. Room was spacious and great amenities, including a full sized fridge, cook top and dishwasher! We only stayed one night, but this would be perfect for an extended stay if you didnt want to eat out all the time. Staff eas friendly and helpful and breakfast was the best I've ever had at a "free breakfast" hotel. Would definitely stay here again! 🙂

Beds are super comfortable and room is perfectly sized. 1 Elevator was down for the 5 days but was there which was the only reason I gave a lower score.

My concern was not with the hotel but with the young lady who was manning the front desk when we arrived. We stood at the desk for at least five minutes waiting for someone to check us in. Finally, after calling out “hello”, the clerk came in with a hoodie over her head to check us for in. No pleasant response, no smile, I truly thought perhaps she was someone in maintenance. I can’t imagine a hotel clerk being as sullen and terse as she was. She was definitely not a good first impression for the hotel. Other than that, the room was great and we enjoyed the breakfast bar.

Clean room, breakfast had good variety

The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They were able to provide a shuttle to the venue of a concert that we came to see, only to find out there had been a terrible tragic accident and the concert was canceled. Thankfully we were still in the shuttle van when we found out. The decorated our room door with balloons and a birthday banner as it was my birthday. They also gave me a lovely card signed by all staff on that day, and an extra goody bag. Given the circumstances of the very unfortunate cancer concert, staff made every effort to make sure we still had a wonderful weekend. We would stay there without a doubt again and again.

Great service clean room great staff thanks.

It was close to the location of my visit. The elevator was broken and we had to go up the stairs with our bags. There was construction and loud noises that made it difficult to sleep and to make it worse, the front desk staff was very rude! I can’t believe it.

It was perfect

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never found one quite like this—the cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are excellent at everything they do. I really want to thank them for all the care they put into their work. Thank team Berta, Gabby, Olga Moreno!

The staff was very, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing fresh. And the rooms were very clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would go back.

I had stayed there before so I knew the location was great. It felt rundown. There is now a charge for parking. No one cleaned our room. When I tried to call front desk to find out how to get clean towels, no one answered the phone. I went downstairs and an employee with an engineer name tag informed me we had to request our room be cleaned. When is that a standard practice? There were children running and shouting in the halls after 10 pm and knocking on doors. Upon check out we learned that person who checked us in marked that we didn’t want our room cleaned but hadn’t asked us. When I mentioned the new cost for parking which wasn’t secure parking, the front desk person said, “ you didn’t use our garage?” What garage?

- The team were very supportive, I asked for late checkout, they gave us till 3:00 p.m (Thanks a lot) - Breakfast is great - The location - Laundry has more than 10 machines - The room - The shuttle (Great Driver) Nothing

Everything was great except the 1 star is for nickel and diming for parking. You book your hotel through Expedia and then realize they charge you another 10 dollars for parking. They could easily had included in their original charge but this is nonsense charges just to get more money from our pockets.
