Only thing is it was close to where we needed to be The place was dirty the rooms smelled front desk need to learn manners and speak louder in the pictures they make it look nice but rooms don’t look at like the pictures

Overall not satisfied, room was not clean and linens were old. Questionable persons lingering on property, did not feel safe

Our shower handle fell off and the floor seemed to have not been cleaned in a while. Other than that it was alright.

Probably need to be cleaned better and managed maintenance better poor lighting and water flow The room had poor lighting and dirty towels

nothing the door did not lock no AC on a 93 degree day black mold on the AC unit

Ok The TV was not worth a dam

This hotel was awful!! There were bags of trash outside our room door, only one small section of the a/c actually worked, the toilet would not flush, there was rust in the shower, the fridge door wouldn't stay closed, and the room smelled like marijuana. I was so bad, we only stayed one night, then checked out the next morning. They have refused to give me a refund for the days we did not stay, trying to get ahold of anyone to get a refund is nearly impossible. When I do talk to someone, they give me the run around. Will never stay here again!!

Nothing Criminal desk clerk threatened me and my minor child when I told him he wouldn't take a regular room because our paid for suite wasn't available (despite me having for it) - had to call the police

Omgggg where do I start???? The first room we got there was dog prints on the sheets and the room smelled horrid! Granted it was a smoking room so that I could understand but that was no smoking smell. The second room they gave us was almost ok. Until, we went to check the microwave and a roach came out and the microwave didn’t even work. Went to leave and inform the front desk and then the room door wouldn’t close. We ended up having to find another hotel altogether. 00000000/10 NEVER RECOMMENDED

The only plus was the water was hot and pressure was good. The room was not clean, trash under the bed. Sheets had holes in them and when I ask for a new set they said no. There was only one towel, when I asked for more, it took over an hr even when I went to the front desk twice to get the. The lights didn't work, one didn't even have a light bulb. The window was literally a single pane and no sound insulation so you could hear everything. There was mold around the window sill. The door didn't even shut properly, there was a large gap around it. When turning on the hot tub the lights flickered like the whole room was about to die! What the heck!

The breakfast was non existent. I couldn't check out the last day as no one was there to open up the office. There was screaming and vomiting happening outside all night, and the room was nasty with no sheets or blankets to fit the bed. It'd be easier to tell you the one thing I liked. The hot tub was perfectly sized, and the room was quiet. Honestly, I'm upset that this was for my wife's birthday and the quality was not worth the amount spent.

Room fixtures were rusted or broken. There were ZERO toiletries, ZERO toilet paper, and ZERO towels. The bed had two flat “pillows”. Staff stayed hidden away from front desk. I had to call a number that was written on a piece of cardboard to ask for toilet paper and towels.
