Nothing; condition so bad we had to leave and left us with trauma. There was nothing acceptable about the condition of this hotel. It was run-down and frightening. The elevators were jostling; jumpy, and at one point it got stuck between floors. We were trapped and thought they would fall to our death. It was horrific. We had to call the emergency button. No one ever came on or acknowledged it. I would never wish to someone else the trauma of what it was to stay here. The staff said they would refund the second night, twice. They still did not. This is not a Hilton quality hotel.

Exceptional

The location was great.

The people and the pool were great. The outside area around the pool , bar and boardwalk were great. The staff were very kind. My friend was in a wheelchair and the room we stayed in was very, very tight and we had to go thru 2 metal doors to get into the room. No grab bars in the bathroom. The bed was very high and I had a very difficult time getting her into bed. I thought we would have to leave and find another hotel for the night. I would not recommend this Hilton for anyone with disabilities.

Room was clean

Room was clean and comfy with a great view of the ocean. We had a tub in our suite but you couldn't actually take a bath which was a bummer. My partners pillow also had stains underneath the pillowcase which was slightly off putting.

First time here but will definitely back. Very family friendly place, staff are very friendly and helpful.Recommend it for everyone. Pool’s are great and the kids love them. Rooms are great quiet and very clean and comfortable .

Electrical outlets in bathroom didn’t work

The entire stay was exceptional The room was not swept and crumbs was on the sofa. I ask housekeeping for a broom to clean

It's location, valet and the cleanliness. I had no complaints

The room and property were clean and the view of the ocean so enjoyable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. I'm a solo traveler and turned 71 while there. Location was nice, safe, {quiet on that end] and easy to walk to find dining options. I stayed a total of 4 nights and enjoyed my time there. Glad I chose it.

The property is clean. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. View was spectacular. Remember please, you can't control your neighbors or other travelers, and you will enjoy YOUR stay.

Overall a good stay for the one night that was booked. Getting out of the parking lot was horrible.

Perfect location for MOCA Boardwalk Art Festival!! Very convenient. My only complaint was I didn’t like the two doors for the suites - traveling alone that made me feel somewhat uncomfortable. Also the doors slam very loudly - and my schedule verses the person sharing the doors was very opposite. They woke me every night that they came in at 2am. So keep that in mind if staying in the suites - you do share a door/foyer type area.

it was a pretty cool stay

Check-in was chaotic. Self-park garage is across the street. Great amenities including pool and tiki bar. Valet including baggage hold area was good.
