Quality Suites Waldorf

Did not like nothing .. roach infested .. crawling all on the walls .. bathroom sink clogged up !! The hotel needs to be shut down !

Exceptional

The Quality Suites is a hell hole — literally and figuratively. In the room, the curtain was ripped off the rings and full of holes. The fiberglass tub was scratched up, and the closet shelf and hangers had been completely ripped from the wall. The stair railings had pealing paint and were filthy as were the floors. The elevators were worse. And the breakfast buffet had a pot of coffee smaller than mine at home for two floors full of guests. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE to stay if you are looking in Marlboro.

Being able to sleep in bed The microwave didn't work,the outlets in the room didn't work,the batteries was low And the floor was so dirty you could tell it hasn't been swept or mop in while

This place gives the word roach motel a whole new meaning. After the manager tried to give us a room with a broken TV because we were checking in late and arguing with him until he suddenly found another room. We got to the room there were three live Roaches on the floor when we turned around to leave there were two live approaches walking up the door of the room. I do not recommend this place at all. When asking for a refund the hotel representative said they could not give me a refund because I booked through hotels.com I had to go to them. After spending over an hour with AI on hotels.com I still don't have a refund. I do not recommend this hotel or hotels.com I never had an issue like this with any other booking app

Nothing Needs major work. Sink bowl was cracked in pieces the floor was coming up. Trip hazard. And dirty

Location Bugs…

The front desk people were nice. Everything else. The pool was still under construction. There was roaches in my room mold on the lamps and chairs, spiders and the smell was awful. Gaterade bottle lid stuck on the to dresser and that was just the first room. I took a video but it won’t let me upload it on here. I complained and they quickly switched my room to another poor quality room . The room smelled way better but I still saw a roach and the tv was busted up and not working.

I truly could not believe the space, it was a terrible stay. The front desk staff was so unhelpful, and a little rude. The building itself was so old and very badly kept from cracks in the ceiling to just dirty curtains and sheets and every 'amenity' being out of service. There were so many stain in the carpets and a variety of horrific smells. I do not recommend at all, I checked out a half day early and I was only there for two days.

I would liked it because i was desparate in finding a place to stay temporarily. The adjacent room are loud and nobody cares about the noise they make even in the dead of the night!

The hotel seemed as if it had been remodeled. Although I have a handicap parking permit, I was placed in a handicapped room. There was no where to hang my clothes. Clean towels, etc. were only provided when I left the used/dirty ones on the floor outside of my room. I also had to set the trash outside of my room. The parking was very sparse and I had to park immediately in front of the hotel one afternoon after attending a late function at my job and I was afraid to leave my vehicle in other surrounding parking lots. There was no air conditioning in the front lobby and it was extremely warm going into and out of the lobby was very stifling. Other than that, at night it was quiet. The coffee was extremely strong and there were few choices for breakfast. My work day is from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and I only stayed there to shower and sleep.

I didnt Yes, there was no ice, vending machines were broke. The windows in my room had holes. The pillowcases looked dirty and I had to use my t-shirt over the pillow. The bed was horrendous, i pulled the fitted sheet back on one bed and it was badley stained.

The first room I got assigned to had roaches in it, was missing lampshade and smelled like someone had recently been smoking cigarettes in it. They were able to find me another room that was much cleaner, but it still had stains on some of the sheets and blankets, and the hallways were filthy. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice feature. The food was inedible But the staff was very friendly and really tried to make things right, and unfortunately, I’ve seen worse.
