Enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the entire stay was very comfortable and located in a good and safe area. Staff were nice and friendly with a smile. Highly recommend!

Everything was great!

Everything was clean and it smelled good. Love the free breakfast and the bar. OMG! The TVs are the worst. They are so old and outdated my tv kept losing signal and would just go black. They need to update the TVs really bad

We stayed for three nights in September 2026, and we have nothing to complain about. Check-in was smooth; the room and bathroom were clean and exactly as advertised. The refrigerator, microwave, and other appliances worked perfectly. The breakfast spread was good. No complaints; will stay again.

The property is clean and well-maintained, but it is property is dated. Much if the furniture is chipped and worn out. The TV system is satellite only and does not offer the streaming service. These are important issues for a property marketed for long-term stays.

Needs some updates and could use some updates.

Clean room

VERY BAD customer service! Did not make us aware there was a $200 charge for pets. Didn’t even give us a pet waiver at check in, wanted us to sign at check out. We asked for clarification & they did not care to help us.

Exceptional

Bad experience. Emergency alarms went off at 4:40 AM, and building was evacuated. Later we were told it was a "glitch in their systems". Breakfast was cold cereal, porridge, wet scrambled eggs and the worst possible sliced bread. Plastic utensils and no knives. No real half-and-half, just the non-dairy stuff that doesn't need refrigeration. And the cheapest non-sugar sweeteners, no Splenda, Saccharine, or Equal, Even our coffee maker in the room was dirty and I needed to clean it before use.
