Unfortunately there was significant construction literally next to, and overlooking my terrace which was not shared in advance. There were concrete pillars and plastic tarps fluttering in the wind as I sat on the terrace. Not a pleasant experience/outlook for the cost of the terrace room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Property is clean and modern and well located. Standard room is smaller, not too small for one person/suitcase but might be tight with two suitcases.

The location was perfect for exploring Georgetown on foot. Short scooter ride to the Washington monument and White House. The hotel had a small/boutique feel which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, although on the small side. The balcony room was a plus.
