Please improve your continental breakfast it’s very bland & boring.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious

Great location, close to restaurants and stores.

The day shift front desk worker was unprofessional. We informed him with issues with our room and he said he couldn’t switch us or do anything about it. The sink in the bathroom kept clogging up and the shower head was leaking all over the floor and my sister almost fell!

We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel staff were fantastic, our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location is unbeatable for checking out local restaurants. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to an unfortunate experience at the hotel's Rooftop Bar. The bartender was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Just as it began to lightly sprinkle, he immediately announced he was closing down. We had barely received our drinks when he rushed over with the check, repeating that he was shutting down. It felt like he couldn't wait to leave work, which really put a damper on what should have been a relaxing evening enjoying a beautiful view.

The roof deck was closed... Very disappointed.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Silly me. With a rate at over $300 a night, it seems a little obscene to charge an additional $70 for parking.

Exceptional

We had an employee Josue that helped with figuring out the tv in our room. Great personality , fixed the issue with his magic finger. We got to see him when we checked out on Sunday. Just a real nice person willing to help with anything.

Everything was outstanding

Great location. Great room and views. Nice neighborhood to walk around with lloys of dinner options. We took advantage of the gym as well. Nice breakfast and really good coffee. We were very happy and highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Lobby had a really bad smell to it. Like sour milk or mildew. Breakfast options weren’t very appetizing. Coffee was burnt. We tried to cancel 24 hours prior and the hotel and Expedia were equally unapologetic and dismissive. Ironically, they let people who book through them directly cancel. So why work with Expedia. I understand that’s policy, but we had a sick kid and it seemed like we were hassling both by checking. So we went and it was fine. Nothing special. Location is great. Ideal for a Nats game. Valet did a good job, at least. But we won’t be coming back, again. Save your money and stay elsewhere. And Expedia is not in the business of helping people with sick kids leery to travel, either.

Size of room, convenient location for baseball game Valet parking a bit tricky when there’s no space to park when arriving (limited to around 3 cars in front of hotel on a fairly busy street). Our TV did not work (or the remote). Water pressure was very low

Solid hotel albeit a tad outdated. Great helpful staff and perfect location from Nationals Stadium’s right across the street.

Hotel is awesome! Have stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. Walking distance to the National’s field and many nice restaurants. Employees are always friendly and the Roof Top bar is always a great way to finish off your day! Enjoy!!
