The staff were polite, kind and extremely helpful. If extra things were needed in the room such as towels, wash cloths or toilet paper, housekeeping was very quick to respond. We really appreciated that. We quickly lost our appetite at the morning buffet after observing a woman digging in her nose and heading into the buffet line to handle the serving utensils. We left immediately and went next door to dine at the restaurant in the St. Regis Hotel.

Clean No parking and that was not mentioned or shown in the booking. They only have valet parking that was costly. We had to park and drag our luggage from a block and a half away.

Our room couches and carpet had stains on them. Not pleasant to see.

Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, plentiful, and the perfect way to fuel up before a day of exploring. The fitness center and overall amenities were well-maintained, and the lobby had a welcoming, upscale-yet-relaxed vibe. For anyone visiting DC, whether for business or a family trip, this hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and service. We'll absolutely be booking here again on our next visit!
