Beds were comfortable. However, one of the bed frames had a hook that protruded and I tripped multiple times on it It was pretty quiet except the noise from cars on the road No functioning exhaust fan in the bathroom Minimal number of towels

Location to conference district was favorable. Price was not consistent with the poor experience in the following areas: Housekeeping never made-up beds or changed linen during our stay; Towel service and amenities were underwhelming; Vagrants hung around/loitered on the outside.

While there's ample parking. There's no shortage of issues. A bed with no comforter. Annoying plumbing. And old wash rags that tore with use. All of these I could personally tolerate but at $150+ a night, its unacceptable for a no frills stay.
