friendly staff would have loved a king size bed

Staff was friendly, Could use some updating. Painting etc. in the rooms. Need King beds not a double bed. Shower needs fix Room 315. It sprayed in the back & got water on floor. I liked all the handicap bars in bathroom. Air Conditioner was quite noisy. Even though we never did any cooking in our room, having all the appliances makes it nice. Wished it had a restaurant in the hotel & served a free cont. breakfast. Needs daily room cleaning & clean refill on linens. Invest in remodeling. We have stayed at just about every hotel near the casino & even paid higher price & nicer hotel as the Hampton Inn but ended up finding bed bugs at that hotel. Overall..We may come back to Candlewood Suites.

We like staying here. Rooms are great, beds are comfy. Room is always very clean. Staff is always pleasant.

I have never stayed at Candlewood Suites before. I highly recommend it! Staff was able to get me in for early check in. My suite was large and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Kudos to Their staff!!

Disappointing. No maid service. You need towels, ask at front desk. Want your bed made, do it yourself. No breakfast included as shown on Expedia. No more IGH for me. No more Expedia for me.

We love this hotel. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable, the price is right AND the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Great free laundry, spacious units, clean The lady at check in was terrible. All other staff fab. Keys didn’t work, no hairdryer and the bedding for fold out couch didn’t fit. She refused to come and check items in the room with me and I was literally running back and forward to reception. All other ladies on reception fab

I understand that this hotel and many in the immediate area cater to long-term stays, mostly employees in the natural gas industry. The parking lot is filled with trucks from Halliburton and other gas companies. Perhaps because of this, there is no room service except 1 times a week. That's OK, we were only there a few nights. Regardless, the staff was friendly and helpful. What was uncomforable about this hotel were the accomodation. The bed had a huge dip in the center and we could not get comfortable. The air conditioning is loud...really loud. Both these things led to neither of us getting a good night's rest for 3 straight nights. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Exceptional

Was never able to check in because front desk didn’t know their password so we had to find a 3rd hotel to spend the night. The front desk clerk was rude, disrespectful and refused to help

Available and nice rtoom TV did not work when I showed up, had to switch some wires around to get it to work

Room was fine. Beds were not particularly comfortable, and despite using a filter to find hotels with free breakfast, the hotel didn't have a free breakfast.

My suite was spacious, clean and well accommodated. I will be staying here again next year.

Very good

The hotel was nice and clean. Few things to note, there is no breakfast, just coffee. Maybe I should have checked more carefully but I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t offer any kind of breakfast at all. The other thing is they must allow area businesses to park their work trucks, mostly very large pickups, in their parking lot. The parking lot was almost always full of different company vehicles but it seemed like the hotel was pretty empty and the trucks never moved. There were only a few spots for guests to park and they weren’t in convenient places. Hard when you have to carry luggage and pack up your car. The hotel is in a convenient location, so luckily we didn’t have to go too far for breakfast.

you pay all that extra money for the amenities just to sleep on an old uncomfortable lopsided mattress. very frustrating. the window sill was so dirty just covered in dirt and there was an empty box of tissues in my room. $170 for this. and they’re understaffed. where is all that money even going? what a joke. it just goes from bad to worse: getting into bed and there was a hot fry on the floor next to my bed. before i said this was bad but this is actually pathetic. i went to the front desk and while Janet was very nice she said very firmly she could not move me to another room. if i had paid $100 for this room i might not mind. but i deliberately picked the more expensive option because i wanted a comfortable mattress and they couldn’t even get that very basic thing right. this hotel is a scam.
