Best Western Webster Hotel, Nasa

I rented a suite and when we get there I got key card to room and room dirty as if someone there. Apparently that's the only suite and they had no house keeper to clean room. Did not get adjustment of what I paid. The worker stated all rooms cost the same. Which is not true.

Where do I start with my displeasure with the hotel. The a/c unit was very noisy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were almost non-existent. Outside noise was extremely loud. There wasn't any hot water and it didn't matter how long you let it run. The remote control didn't work (not that we watched very much TV). The refrigerator wouldn't get cold. For the money we spent on this room, I expected a lot better than what we got. Will NEVER stay there again, or recommend it.

Location... Old facility, needs to be remodel badly... it stank of sewage at the front desk or entrance when I got there... thin doors you can here guest down the hall ways.. no privacy... parking lot lighting needs to improve too especially at the back end.. hard bed scrappy pillows...

Decently clean areas. Okay for the price and what was needed. Breakfast often ran out of good that wasn't refilled, fruit availability was minimal. Had a couple bugs in our room (one dead, one live, and a dirty sock found under the chair. Room cleaning didnt happen, we had to ask for extra towels. Smoke smells around the halls as well as marijuana stench in multiple areas thought the hotel says no smoking. Loud at night with some yelling and knocking on doors at night during our stay. A/C worked well and rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. One ice machine was out of order. Nice surrounding area and close to many Houston area tourist spots and good restaurants/shopping. Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed and available.

It was very horrible from the beginning, than when I went to my room sheets were dirty hair was in the bed and I didn’t feel comfortable even staying the night!! 0 out of 10 would not recommend!!!! I would like a refund ASAP!!!

House keeping fell behind including a non working ice machine

Coffee machine was not working Breakfast items were not refilled Bedsheet was not clean

price, location smell, a bug in the room, beds lumpy and not comfortable, pillow like a lumpy square, breakfast free but mediocre

I was in the room for a week, and my room was cleaned one time, and I had to ask the staff to clean it then. I was never told that my room would not be cleaned every day, with new bedding, towels or wash clothes. The breakfast served was undercooked and limited to what was available. I assure you I will never stay there again or any Best Western in the future and I will share my concerns with my friends that travel frequently.

Rooms were not clean , flies were all around the hotel room .dead cockroaches in my room. I had to leave and stay at another hotel. Def would not recommend to stay here

Didn't eat breakfast. Mattress was very hard. After a long day of travel you want and need a comfortable bad.

We have stayed there about five times when I have to go over to UTMB hospital or doctor, every day was excellent, the rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice. The parking was great and the breakfast was wonderful. I could say to make the breakfast a little more would be to add bacon. That’s about the worst. I can say about it. We will choose to stay there as long as I have to go there to see my surgeons and doctors.

Great hotel- good room with refreshing feel all the time

Expect the value that you pay. This is an older Hotel that is just that, an older, less renovated hotel. Had a slight smell to the place, bed sheets had light stains on 1-2 small areas, cleanliness just was not there. But the lady at the front desk that night was just so insanely nice, a 5 star employee working at a 2 star hotel
