The room was adequate for a 4 night stay. The housekeeping staff was not very efficient. I was there 4 nights and it was only cleaned once even though I requested several times after 2 days. I had no coffee on my final morning. It would have been better if there was a restaurant on the premises instead of the microwave food in the lobby which was very over priced, $4 for ramen!!!!!

The hotel was perfect for our girl's getaway. Plenty of room, clean, and the staff was so nice!

It was a very nice, safe and quiet place. My family and I were walking outside at 9-10 pm.

It was centralized in a great location close to movie theaters. Great restaurants in a pleasant neighborhood.

The check-in was easy and great and allowed to check in at 2:00. the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect for a wedding we attended. We were to have a handicapped room. The toilet was so VERY LOW that I had to hold my mother over it - as she could not bend to sit on it. I recommended at check out you need a higher profile toilet.

I liked how it was accommodating to my room and room location requests. The area behind the hotel in which can be easily accessed included a tennis court, plenty of seating, walking paths, and a beautiful view of a waterfall Would have liked more information regarding amenities. The hot tub was hot- beyond what a normal temp should typically be at. There was a HUGE raccoon that greeted me upon arrival that scaled up the building. (The front desk clerk did check this out while I went to get my bags- I appreciated that very much)

Location is less than 10 minutes from our home. Good for short getaway as well place to recommend for visitors. Staff helpful and friendly and facility exceptionally clean. It was overcast and rainy. Can you get better control over the weather?
