Clean room but smells in hallways were sketchy.

No breakfast provided- no coffee in the room. Cleanliness, outside doors didn't shut/lock. The chainlock was not easily undone- a real safety issue! Sited in a very industrial part of town.

For the price, the room was perfect; I didn't expect anything more. It was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. In addition, the person at the reception was very nice.

Horrible stench in hallway and rooms. Absent staff in the lobby. Dirty sheets, filthy towels, stinky carpets, stained walls. Do not stay here.

Friendly staff, speedy check-in/check-out & cleanliness. The building overall looks a bit old but that's not an issue. The parking lot may need some maintenance. Some potholes & faded lane markings.

Great would use them again

It was easy to find with our GPS. The staff was very helpful. The mattress was very comfortable. It was obvious it was in transition with one the rooms being updated (bathroom) and the big room was a work in progress. It was acceptable considering the late booking and the price was okay.

You get what you pay for

Could feel springs in the bed, smelled like Marijuana (had to use my asthma inhaler more then normal),wore shoes (wouldn't go barefoot), noisy.

This hotel is in a rough area. Upon entry there was a pink sticky goo on the door handles. There were two unattended children with no adults nearby in the lobby making a lot of noise. The entryway/lobby was not clean. The room itself was decently kept up. The only time I saw a staff person was when I checked in. Overall, you get what you pay for.

As mentioned in many of the other reviews in the last few months, the location is still undergoing renovations with the washer and dryer unit sitting out in the main area of the lobby. It is dirty and dusty, but the room was very pleasant and very large and for a quick one night stop off it served its purpose. I'm sure once they complete renovations it'll be a nice hotel overall but I don't see the reason for there to be ongoing months' worth of renovations.

Clean bed, desk microwave, normal size refrigerator, you can reach the towels. from inside the shower. These little lights with chargers everywhere.

This property was sleazy and disgusting! We had traveled for hours and hours and checked in quickly, leaving to get a bite to eat. A bomb return, we realized how nasty the place was.... Dirt and mold on the wall, refrigerator leaking water, water puddled on the floor, outside exterior door not locking. And worst of all, after more than a week of trying to get satisfaction through expedia, they have done nothing! The property failed to respond to expedia.Therefore, expedia considers it a denied request for refund. I'm as disappointed in expedia, as I am in this worthless hotel!

Room definitely could be cleaner, mold on bottom of shower curtain, chandelier shade had dust on it, and they crack in it.

You get what you pay for. It was not terrible, but I did ask for a different room because the first one was not well kept. The next room was doable for an off-name hotel. The second room was clean, and the AC worked. I probably would not stay there again. The people that worked there were very nice.

Property was outdated and old. The hotel had a funk smell. There was questionably activity at the property (i.e. escorts). A/C was noisy.

Overpriced, room smelled of smoke, room was dirty, door lock didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, light next to bed didn't work.
