The Belgrove Resort & Spa, West Palm Beach, Autograph Collection

The property is sooo beautiful and amazing. The welcome cocktail was delicious and a surprising treat to start the staycation. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and patient. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and everyone from the receptionist to the spa ladies made him feel special. Ralston at the Deep End played his favorite music and Baha Mamma made him feel at home. The spa treatments were the best treatments we have had in our lives!! The entire staff took great care of us and did not skimp on the time to complete the treatment or make us feel like we were in paradise.

Great resort!

At check in I specifically asked if I could charge the card on file that I used to make the reservation even though I didn’t have the physical card with me, only in my Apple wallet. The girl at the front desk said okay. I check out now and apparently that was not the case. Very upsetting. Additionally charging $48 for valet yesterday meanwhile by mid day the front entrance of the hotel was closed off and you had to wait on the side causing delays.

Everything was perfect. I didn’t want to leave the hotel. Can’t wait to go back.

The resort was beautiful. People are friendly courteous and helpful very clean. Just found a couple of issues in my room. I pocket had water in it and the coffee machine had residual water in it as well other than that it’s a beautiful place great food drinks nightlife is great.

Safe and good enough to stay for inexpensive price.

This place was given main character energy, they were so attentive to every need.They also went above a beyond.The food was excellent.The pool was amazing.I would go back tomorrow if I didn't have to work

The Staff alway welcomes you with a Smile and Greetings!! The room we got this time was so Relaxing a spacious and the Patio had a lot of room to lounge and enjoy the Beauty of the Property!! We will be back again, Hopefully next time around Christmas!! -Lisa Flowers-Bellamy

Wonderful stay. Everything was exceptionally clean

The ambience was great we even got to see a wedding. The pool was nice especially in the late afternoon it was less people. The workers were very polite and helpful. Just know valet parking is the only option for parking at $48 a night plus a resort fee $50 a night. The wife and I are definitely considering visiting again next year. The Belgrove you rock.

The property is pristine. Staff is excellent. Will be back again!

Beautiful resort

I didn't like how pet friendly it was but very nice resort, I like that it had adult pools and family pool area also. staff was good ,cabana was very nice and affordable.
