A/c got cold quickly. Check in was smooth. Beds were rock hard. Not enough pillows or towels and we're told they didnt have extra to give us. No in room amenities such as blow dryer or kitchenette items etc.

The location Our room wasn’t smoke free + weed smell even that at check-in you sign a form about it showing a fine of $109 if you do it in the property. My family has asthma. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t stay the night. Basically losing our money, still waiting for the hotel to approve our refund.

Close to my friends The pillows were flat and only 1 pillow each and the bed on a metal frame

The hotel room smelt like old people also like a bunch of cigarettes all in the room and the hallways! Also only gives you two set of towels and one toilet paper roll for your stay! Wouldn’t recommend this stay!

Place is not worth the money. Very dirty.

My boyfriend and I got a room here recently for one night and it will surely be the last. We got to the hotel late and we were excited to lay down, watch some TV and relax. The moment we tried using the TV, there was no signal and nothing was working to get even some basic channels. My phone also did not work to get the free WiFi and was giving me an error code, I called the front desk and was told I had to call a seperate number to fix the issues and there was nothing they could do. My boyfriend went downstairs to see if there was a chance of us moving rooms to have a functioning TV, as it was the one thing we wanted to utilize for the night. We were then told that the entire property was booked and there was no manager to talk to, so nothing could be done. I called the service number about the WiFi issue and was only able to get my phone resolved, but the TV still wouldn’t work at all without having an HDMI and a streaming device, which I of course didn’t pack for my one night out of town, because if there’s a nice flat screen TV in the room that doesn’t look to be damaged at all, it should work for at least a few basic channels like any other hotel I’ve stayed in. We then lay down and the bed feels like a pull-out couch and we each have one thin pillow. I was so disappointed to lay down in an uncomfortable bed at the end of the night and use my phone as a tiny TV screen, after paying $90 for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but thats the only good note.

Room appeared to be clean however, it smelled so bad, like a roach infested smell, the refrigerator had a rotten meat smell.

Good location. Check in was easy and the gentleman at check in was nice No ice available. There are not curtains on the windows only a simple blind so the sun woke me up early. I had arrived late at night so I was hoping to sleep in. They also allow pets and a dog started barking at 6 AM and didn’t stop until after 8. The bed was a metal frame only with a very thin sheet / thin blanket. So sleep was terrible.
