This place might seem a bit off at first, given the location, and some of the peripheral characters that seem to linger and loiter around pretty much any Motel 6 But if you give it a chance, you'll be glad to learn that is well managed, very clean, low key, and quiet. The staff are outstanding, and they are always available if you need anything. The property is adjacent to a burned out hotel, with random flashing lights inside, so there is a dystopian vibe, if you're into that sort of thing. If not, it's ok, this is a great place to sleep, at a decent price.

Great price and very clean and welcoming

Good stay for us for the price. Everything went well.

Newly renovated rooms that are quite nice for the price, but right beside an abandoned hotel with homeless people nearby. There’s not much around in terms of shopping or restaurants unless you have a vehicle

This is the best cleanest Motel 6 I ever been to. I never had no problems here. I love to stay here.

I chose this hotel based off its rating/cost as we were at the end of our vacation & needed a simple clean room for the night before heading to the airport for an early morning flight. When we pulled up to the hotel my husband noticed it is situated next to what appears to be another hotel that is boarded up.This gave the area a bit of a run down vibe but we chose to ignore since we were only staying 1 night. While checking in it became clear that several occupants are long term tenants. Not a huge deal as there didn’t appear to be any major issues at the time. We got to our room and it seemed clean so we began to get our stuff ready to fly out the next morning. We then left to grab a bite to eat; it was late afternoon but still daylight. When we returned it was dark and the whole atmosphere of the area had changed. It quickly felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. There were several people loitering around the front lobby area dressed in black with hoodies pulled up and masks around their faces, and not the Covid kind. The place is not well lit in the evening and because of the overwhelming large area designated for handicap parking the only spots available were far from our room in a dark unlit area. My husband works in security and alarm bells were going off for him big time. He didn’t feel comfortable staying so we left to find another hotel room elsewhere and he later returned to retrieve our luggage from our room. Everyone’s comfort level is different. We chose safety.

Very friendly people very helpful. My room could use a new floor, but that’s my only comment. I will stay there again.

We drove up for the night and didn’t wanna spend too much. This was under $100 and for the price it was great, look like it had been newly renovated. The staff was nice. There was no noise. I definitely stay here again.

mean receiptionist/racist and really annoying, great room for the price, outside is quiet just looks ugly from the outside its not really welcoming but it does the job for the night.

You get what you pay for. Parking lot littered with cigars and the staff just walked over them and left them for the 2 days I was there. Room was clean but old and outdated

Quiet area, nice staff, clean rooms

When we arrived at the scheduled check-in time, our room was not ready. The first impression of the property and area was not the best. However, the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quieter than we expected. The only complaint about the room was that our door had a huge gap at the bottom which let in leaves and air. The parking lot has a charging station and also an excess of handicap spots. This also means that for most, you will most likely not park near your room.

Beds were comfortable and plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Fair amount of sketchy people, evening/night staff not very friendly or helpful. They refused to provide any extra pillows for my pregnant daughter in law after telling her to come to the office to get one.

Close-ish to the aftershock festival. Staff tried to get me to pay $300 MORE for my room that was already prepaid weeks before the event. Also the smoke alarm in our room had a bad battery so it beeped all night. Called front desk and was told we'd have to wait for someone to change it in the morning. I asked for a refund and miraculously, someone showed up with another battery....which was ALSO dead. So the smoke detector beeped ALL NIGHT LONG every 3-5 minutes.

It was fine
