Staff are outstanding, always helpful,pleasant and accommodating. Clean, comfortable suites .

Nice place, thankfully breakfast was included with the room. Overall clean.

Very nice with many amenities. All but 1 staff member were exceptional I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. I was told by in the evening shift staff member and by booking.com. I would receive my refund from the hotel. When I approached the staff member at the desk and explain that I was met with attitude. And her attitude only increased when I was trying to explain what I was told. That particular staff member needs an attitude adjustment. I fear she has forgotten she is in customer service. (9/26/26 early to mid-morning)

Great place to stopover on our road trip. The breakfast was really good. The staff gave great dinner recommendations near the new Bills stadium. It is clearly freshly renovated. A little noisy, but otherwise great!

our stay was great. We discovered a leak in the ceiling one morning and the staff had us moved that same morning. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

THE PLACE IS OVER PRICED, AND THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE. ALSO WE HAVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED BUT THE PRICE. I WILL LOOK INTO SOMETHING DIFFERENT NEXY TIME. I WILL LOOK INTO OTHER OPIONS NEXT TRIP.

Our flight came in late and getting our rental car with buget was a nightmare, but once we got to the hotel everything went smoothly, the girl who checked us in was so polite and even gave us directions to find a place to eat. Thank you! Everything was great, room was clean, staff was polite and helpful, only did breakfast 2 twice and was good. Coffee always available. They had like a happy hour Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday but we were busy with family so we missed it, but great that they did that. Thinking of coming back next year and booking here again. Thank you Staybridge and Staff. Oh, the only thing could be done is air conditioner in room was noisy, but once I fell asleep all was good. Needs to be quieter.

Everyone was super helpful. I traveled with my mom in wheelchair and oxygen. They helped me carry stuff out to my car when I was leaving. I was there for 10 days and they always asked if we needed anything. They even had our two bags of ice ready when they saw us. Highly recommend!!

Cleanliness and breakfast food variety.

Our room was a good size and the kitchenette was useful for the week. Staff was attentive and kind no matter which department you were talking to. I wish we would have made it to the social mixers. They looked like so much fun.

Not 1 complaint about our 1 week stay at West Seneca Staybridge. It was truly one of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced in the US or CA. Our 1 bedroom suite was extremely clean, spacious and contained everything you could ask for, from the kitchen appliances , dishes,to the layout, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and TV in both the BR and LR made it easy for individual choice viewing with many,many channels to choose from. The pool was never too busy and clean towels were always available poolside. All staff were amazing and no request was not met without an answer, a fix and a smile. The breakfast was beyond superior and plentiful. This experience was so enjoyable, it will now be our “ go to” when visiting Buffalo.

The fitted bottom sheet wasn’t big enough to cover the thick mattress, so several times each night I had to re-make the bed. Also, the mattress pad kept bunching up making sleeping uncomfortable. Early in my visit the desk clerk gladly gave me a bag of ice. Later in my stay a lady clerk sleeping said the ice maker was broken, yet there were buckets of ice being used for the breakfast display.

We loved having a mini kitchen in the room - such a convenient location to run to the grocery store - plenty of room in the fridge to store food. Full-sized coffee pot was fantastic. The breakfasts were good. Typical ham, sausage, bacon and eggs several different ways. Yogurt and berries and cottage cheese, bagels, toast, and waffles, too. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sent someone up to take a look. It was determined it could not be fixed, so they moved us to a different room. The AC in the new room was very noisy, but at least it was cool. Will stay here next time we travel to south Buffalo.
