Hyatt Regency Westlake

Bathroom floor and tub were not clean - found used fake lashes on the floor and tub was dirty. Went to eat at the restaurant on the property and they had us sit at the table and we waiting for 10 minutes before walking out. Front desk clerk was not very helpful and seemed pre-occupied

Overall the hotel was sharp, very clean and except for my Checkin, the staff was terrific. The gal who checked me in seemed like she almost punished me for using Expedia. She brought that I used them 3 times and put me a 2nd floor room that had a massive air conditioner that consumed the patio off my room which meant the sound was constant and it was THE only thing visible from my room. She charged me to change locations but after that, the four days where I wasn’t in what felt like the barn location, were very nice.

I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Westlake Village, California. At first glance, the hotel appears clean, but unfortunately, the actual condition was horrible. Poop all over swimming pool

Hannah was great at check in. Some staff at front desk very friendly. Other's not so. Front desk service staff. Asked for water for the Kurig and they wanted to charge $3.50 per bottle even though we had a Hyatt membership. Had to ask bartender for a carafe. Asked for additional coffee pods and felt a bit of attitude when I asked for 3. Bar Staff and coffee staff were great.

I booked three rooms for three nights and paid over 2500 us they gave us the worse rooms in the hotel with a lot of noise that could not sleep at night and asked the staff to change the room one of the staff ( may be Jane) she said we can change one of the room that is available after I discuss with my wife 5 MIN after that person who promise us to replace one of the room she is not available anymore to reach and the hotel with over 300 rooms they do not have any room available also bought three little bottles of orange juice and one small bottle of water charged me 42.00 US Do not Recommend to anyone.

We loved the Hyatt . Modern and pristine . We will absolutely be back

Good, solid medium price hotel in a good location.

Rooms are nicely updated but the bathrooms had a mildew smell. Overall the property is nice but dated. There are area that have a lot of wear and tear.
