Best Western Westminster Inn

Decent hotel for a couple nights stay. The breakfast provided was good. We loved the waffles! Friendly front desk staff.

Very clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, excellent Continental breakfast, well manicured grounds, all the necessities provided for a comfortable, quiet nites sleep. Very comfortable bed. I definitely recommend Best Western Westminster Los Angeles CA. Kudos to the manager Jay, Khan, the ladies who work nite shift who are so helpful, Jorge and the maintenance crew do excellent work. The caretakers of the rooms and cooking crew deserve special thanks.

This Hotel was pretty underwhelming.

Decent hotel with comfortable and clean room. Easy to get to Huntington Beach or the highway to go north.

Large, clean room with all the amenities. Check in was easy, we got a room upgrade ! Thank you so much! We loved the balcony. Quiet and a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Easy parking. Comfy bed. A/C worked wonderfully

There’s breakfast, sausages, scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, coffee, tea and juices. Eating area. Staff were friendly. Pool was good, there’s a hot tub. Room could be cleaner. Body wash was empty, place was dusty, like it wasn’t cleaned for sometimes.

Breakfast was more than adequate. Room was clean. Rate was fair. Convenient location. Nice pool and spa. It appeared to have many unoccupied rooms and there were other guests next door and upstairs. Walls are very thin and neighbors were loud into the early morning hours (3 AM). We had to call the front desk who did come and ask the neighbors to calm, down. They did but put on the TV so we couldn't hear them arguing. Bathroom was very dated and could use an upgrade. Very loud A/C and bathroom fan. Front desk people need to know how to get people to the hotel. Our GPS went out about 5 miles away from the hotel. I called and got directions, but the clerk couldn't tell me if I should go north, south, east or west. He also gave us the name of a cross street that was wrong. This added about 30 minutes to our trip to the hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Limited but ok. Our room was quite.,clean, and comfortable. Loved how we had a little patio that opened up to a little putting green and the pool. Kids enjoyed the putting green. House keeping was friendly so was front desk. Parking was limited. I did forget some reusable ice packs for my ice chest in the freezer. Reached out to front desk about an hour after we left. Took my info said he would call me back. No phone call. Stopped by since hotel was on our way out. Front desk said he forgot to call me. And didn't get a chance to talk with house keeping. And room was rented out so we were shit out of luck. So double check your room before leaving. Because you may not get your forgotten items back.

No elevator! And no offer to help carry our bags upstairs. It was brutally hot and my elderly husband uses a handicapped placard - he cannot lift things and cannot walk comfortably. Thankfully the AC in the room worked. No housekeeping after the first night - we assumed there would be fresh towels and our beds would be made - but that didn't happen. If a place isn't providing housekeeping they usually post a sign so guests are aware.

Pool was nice.

The bed sheet has hairs, Toilet seat is.dirty

They had nice front desk people and the waffle maker at continental breakfast was great! The mini Golf was not like in the photos
