The description of the room was deceptive. It said the room slept 4. When my children and I finally were given the keys ( long day of flying and last minute no choice booking based of false information) the young lady at the counter was less than inviting 30 min later stated that the computer was updating… while that was not her fault, it wasn’t ours eitherShe was short tempered with her responses and seeing I had a true party of 4 (three adult size kids and myself ) she wasn’t interested in assisting or making sure we knew that what we were about to walk into was a queen? Size bed and a small couch that reminded me of an ikea couch. Small firm and while cute, not only did it not fold out to make a bed it was incredibly firm.While there was no complaints from my kids who are simply thankful for a place to rest, I was very upset. Then my son read a sign on the back of the door that discussed the pricing. I did get a discount but still paid 175 for a room that didn’t meet any of the needs. Then the printer wouldn’t work in the morning. The gentleman cleaning the breakfast area kept staring me and my daughter down and staring it ended soon. Super disappointing. Would not recommend to a couple who shouldn’t be meeting up. if you know what I mean. Eric DR. Only to the hospital. Susp

Amazing place, my favorite hotel & go-to whenever im visiting my wife’s fam in Weston!

Room was clean and staff. Only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator was not working.

Very close to Publix & other places to shop or eat and very quiet. Ice machine was empty. Air conditioning inconsistent in rooms. Breakfast was strange but if you like cereal, bagels and coffee…it’ll be fine. If you have several people traveling with you…it’s fine.

The rooms were equipped with a fridge, kitchen stove and microwave. All things needs for an enjoyable stay.

Good value in an older hotel. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and Cleveland Clinic Weston

the property seems dated, the corridors are narrow and low. not inviting. but the rooms are excellent. Really comfy and the beds are super comfy. the staff were friendly. i am super grateful for the advice given by the front counter staff, as i fell ill and they recommended a clinic close by. will definitely stay again!

1.3 mile from Cleveland Clinic. Supermarket and restaurants across tge street of the hotel. Pharmacy next door. The gentleman at the restaurant was rude and I didn't not appreciate that I was my first time having complementary breakfast at the hotel. Been staying at this hotel for couple of years now since it is close to my hospital.

I love the continental breakfast to start the day. They stove top and the microwave and some cookware to warm up the food. I really enjoy it

All good. Im glad i was in the second floor. The only problem was the elevator was not working. Overall i was ok with the stairs and the place is excellent and their staff was very helpful. Great property

Loved the hot continental every morning

The lobby staff were the absolute highlight of our stay warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they went out of their way to share local tips and make sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful visit. The lobby got a little busy during peak check-in times, so an occasional short wait but the staff handled it gracefully. A minor note that didn't take away from a great experience.
