Nice size room with a great view of the river & pool area. The amenities were fantastic - pool, hot tub, games room; fresh cookies & popcorn each day as well as coffee/tea available anytime. We loved the complimentary use of the bikes, and we hope to take advantage of the canoes/kayaks next time! Thank you!

Great location. Large rooms. Amazing breakfast. Nice touches with popcorn in the arvo and smores at night. Clean rooms & great facilities. Would love to return one day.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Free cookies and popcorn. Breakfast good. Pool and anes from, well equipped gym, pool and hot tub with great view to river. Bikes and equipment for loan for free! Guests next door having loud sex could hear everything but not the hotel's fault!

Beds were nice Air was unplugged, no pillowcases , not enough towels and wash clothes for 3 people.

Their Van Shuttle was there for us at 10:30PM when we arrived on the Amtrak Train. Staff was helpful . Letting us know what was available. Breakfast was good. easy check in and out.

Staff were nice, just not overly helpful. Told us they would call when the room was ready and never did. Explained that upstairs room was being extremely loud and they said nothing they could do, There were dogs barking in the neighbouring rooms in the evening and morning and eventually we just decided to check out a day early. Rooms definitely seemed dated and had very glitchy TVs. They also placed the coffee station on the edge of the sink in the bathroom and there were opened packets of sugar and tea left in there. I think this is the first poor review I've given.but would end by saying it's a good location, amenities are fair and the exterior and lobby area is nice.

Unfortunately had a problem with dirty sheets when we arrived - staff didn’t do too much to help and we were left changing our own sheets after a 6 hour drive at 10pm. Rest of it was good, breakfast good, pool good, could have been 4-5 *.

We really liked the hotel. So much we stayed an extra day. Plenty of parking. Great to be able to do a load of laundry. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. Beate was very helpful during check in. Explained the town and the amenities of the hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Friendly staff, close to downtown, cookies and shuttle to Amtrak. Bathroom why a bathtub to climb over to shower and more water pressure. Breakfast is terrible.
