The manager qouldnt honor my reservation and said she couldn't give me the room. She was very disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. Her husband is the same way. Don't go to this motel. She said she only wants her ppl there. She was extremely rude.

for the money, okay, mini frig the in room made a loud hum, made it difficult to sleep.

I wasn't able to get there. And furthermore I am not paying for a room I never slept in.

It was very nice and quiet

The property is somewhat quiet at night but Kellogg is 500' away and the noise from it is annoying. The air-conditioning works great but has the worst smell coming out of it, had to use dryer sheets to overcome the smell. Also the price on Expedia and what I paid when I arrived are different prices. It was $30 more than advertised.

The first room bed was full of ticks and not very clean, when I got into the shower the dirt was obvious, it washed down the drain. The toilet was small. The furniture needed to be replaced it was old and beat up. The ticks worry the most, it was like the entire bed was over run with ticks, I tried to pick them off but as I started they seemed to multiply. The second room was better but still not very clean, the shower was the same, the towels were dirty brown, the one towel rack was broken off of the wall, the toilet was small. The sink leaked to the floor, the water pressure was slow, the furniture was beat up and needed to be replaced. The motel should not be included in the places to stay in Wichita

When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us clean ones. This may be the worst lodging experience I have ever had, and that includes a place with a three foot tall ant mound in the room.

The front office check-in was terrible. The old man could hardly speak understandable English and he was rude. He GRUNTED with disgust when I asked for 2 room key cards.

The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere else, please save yourself the trouble and go there instead.

The manager was very rude, made us feel very unwelcome. The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. The smoke was so heavy on the walls it looked tar running down the walls. It took my husband an hour and a half to clean the bathroom so we could use it. No Amenities and they wouldn't give up the wifi password.

The toilet was nearly impossible to flush. It was not clean, desperately in need of some updates, and the deadbolt would not lock on the door. If I had been by myself, I would have worried about safety.
