Coratel Plus Suites Wichita West Airport

Sink leaked and staff was rude to my wife when she asked for extra towels because she had to clean up the floor from the sink leaking. The staff refused at first to give her towels.

There was broken glass on the room- so not good!

Whole hotel appeared dirty, lots of people standing in halls and common areas. Hate to be judgey but crowd looked rough. Multiple dogs were barking all night. Trash cans inside were over filled with trash spilling on floors. Nobody at front desk, had to call a posted number taped on office door to check in. Key to get inside room didn't work first time. AC leaking, carpet appeared black at area of leakage so this looked like an ongoing issue. Mirrors in room all smudged and sheets were stained. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Bad

Towels were stained, bed was squeaky, the room was dingy overall. It was okay for a one night stay.

Excellent staff quiet and maintained. They were doing renovations but still keeping up with floors and such

Staff was great.. Very sketchy people staying there. Would not bring children there. Fight in parking lot, arguing a few times in hallway.

No amenities, very cluttered except rooms, extremely poor maintenance, very sketchy element and neighborhood, very rundown, smoke detectors have bags over them broken lighting extension cords used to plug light in, bathroom door completely coming apart, very loud at night, Stolen snacks from room

Kinda dingey overall but the staff was super nice and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel is outdated and they didn't offer room service but legitimately good overall

There was a fire in one of the rooms due to an addict smoking drugs!

nothing the hotel did not match the pictures or descriptions. it was super dirty, the ac did not work, holes all over the wall and you could see jnto the other room. the staff refused to clean or fix the issues. they also did not offer us a different room. the staff was terrible and hostile as well.

This is a beautiful hotel and you can tell ut was prime in its day. The room was large, bathroom had heated floors, the ned was also the cleanest bed I've seen in a hotel. Cosmetically it needs some love, but you can still see that they do the best they can.
