Shower heads were great! fast hot water, good volume of water, beds and pillows were firm to my liking, not worn out and soft. Desk space for laptop + extra monitor were ample. All the outlets and lights worked. Gym was great, nothing out of service. staff was friendly and very welcoming. breakfast was phenomenal. i hope they serve those cinnamon rolls forever because they are one of a kind. 24/7 coffee machine Fast Wifi is always a plus too

The Staff was extremely friendly and professional but the room was not well kept the carpet was dirty with food crumbs and stains,aswell as the mattress had huge stains and the linen had hair from someone previously who was on it but once staff was informed the linen got dealt with but not much they can do about mattress .

Staff went out of their way to find a room to accommodate our needs. Friendly staff and breakfast attendee were the best!

We stayed a quick overnight in order to visit Busch Gardens. We got into the hotel at 1130pm so we don't have a ton of experience hanging out at the hotel, but I can offer some honest insight. At check-in, the person at the desk was incredibly nice and friendly. The lobby was fresh and clean. We got to our room (I can't even remember ever having a room on the first floor so I was nervous...) and we initially were struck by an odd odor, but it dissipated quickly- I suspect it was the cleaning solutions. The room was very clean and comfortable- I especially like when the sink is outside the bathroom, so I appreciate having that feature! It comes in handy when you are a family of 4 and everyone needs to get ready at the same time. The beds were very comfortable, as was the room temperature. The A/C was set to always have the fan running, so it was less noticeable when the A/C kicked in. The only complaint about the room is that the curtains aren't thick enough or set close enough to the wall to block the outside light, and there was quite a large gap along the doorway that also let in a lot of light. We were exhausted, so it didn't really matter much. Breakfast was decent- breads, potatoes, 2 types of sausage, scrambled eggs (the weird reconstituted kind most hotels have), prepared oatmeal, yogurt, and a pancake machine. There were also cinnamon rolls, but they were gone and never replenished, so if you want those, better get there early I guess... Overall very nice.

When we arrived, we were greeting by Addie. She was so kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was awful. Not many options, pancake machine put out raw pancakes, all the breads were rock hard.

My boyfriend and I always stay here when going to Busch Gardens. It’s always very clean and quiet, the staff are very friendly and the complimentary breakfast is pretty good!

Check in went smoothly and quickly. Staff were professional and pleasant. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. All our needs were met!

Breakfast hours were not long enough for me to even check it out but my travel companion was not impressed with the small offerings citing the rolls as being dry and hard and no bacon. I would position a waste can where I would use it and find it across the room on my return. One day the room wasn’t even serviced. The refrigerator was not cold enough (after multiple adjustments) to keep my drinks sufficiently cold. The pool would have been nice if towels had been supplied and the pool kept clean. The same debris floated in the water for 3 days during our visit.

The whole hotel was very clean. All the staff were friendly. The bed, sheets and pillows were the best ever! I had to ask for the sheet brand. I would highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was just ok, but the staff was amazing, and the property was very clean. Location was also very convenient to the highway.

The manager of this location and all the staff were so lovely. You can tell they keep every part meticulously clean. The manager was constantly making sure breakfast area was clean and stocked and asking how people were. Wonderful location we will stay again!
