Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville

Staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a good selection. Bed and pillows were comfortable. After requesting a quiet top floor location we got the top floor but a room adjacent to the hallway A/C unit which was located behind the wall near our bed. This unit made a loud thud every time it came on and then throbbed audibly. Our a/c unit had no constant fan setting for possible white noise so we asked to change rooms. Within minutes of moving we realized we’d gone out of the frying pan into the fire. The new room was directly across the hall from the noisy hallway a/c unit and we were now on the front of the hotel so had the added noise from trucks and motorcycles on the busy Main Street. If you are a light sleeper do not stay on the Main St side. The windows do not block the street racket. On a Monday night the loud traffic lasted well past 2am. Also avoid rooms 403 and 414 as well.

Person working breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. No comfortable chair in room. Early morning construction on the property right outside window. Shower difficult to navigate. Front desk greeter seemed like a person reading from a script.

It was really comfortable. There was a nice soft chair. The room temperature responded quickly when I adjusted the thermostat. The breakfasts were filling and healthful. I would be happy to stay at a Hampton Inn in the future. It is well worth the slight increase in price from cheaper motels.

purchased a room for 5 people as we have 5 in our family. Upon checking in the lady at the front desk said that the room only accompanies 4. I explained that online said 5 and we needed a room that slept 5 as stated online. She did not care and said Expedia is to blame. Not very helpful. As far as the hotel it was nice.

The staff was fabulous: friendly, helpful, welcoming! The room was comfortable but very dusty and the shower needs a deep clean and caulk. The elevators also need a deep clean.

A fantastic hotel in a great area whether you are visiting for business or a family getaway. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are mordern and clean. Thank you.

Great location with several nice restaurants/pubs nearby. Everything was fine, although more gluten free options for breakfast would be nice.

My room in firs floor so disgusting smells like someone spilled beers in carpets not sparkling clean old carpets walls elevator not clean at all

The ac in our room wouldn't go below 21.. The hot tub was out of order. For the amount we paid, we hoped it would be better.
