Everything was smooth friendly staff floors seemed very outdated for the price

Very comfortable, clean room for a very reasonable price!! Location was central to all the things we were there for.

Clean Nice staff AC was good Pillows good Bed needs updated Breakfast just needs more variety only bagels or apple or orange good coffee Need cereal n oatmeal added Good breakfast was close by tho

Absolutely nothing! False advertisement the rooms are dated. They look nothing like the pictures online. I chose this hotel because it was last minute, and the pictures are beautifully shown. When I got there. The carpet in the hallway is disgusting. I honestly didn't want to roll my suitcase on it. When I got to the room. It was a site for sore eyes. I didn't request a handicap room. The carpet was heavily soiled. Everything in there was dated. I had no place to do some work, and the bathroom was clean. But I wasn't happy at all. I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. She said they were completely sold out. I then asked if I stayed the 1 night, could I be reimbursed to go stay at another hotel. She said no, they dont do that, so I was force to stay.I found so many things wrong, I requested, a ironing board and iron because there's only 1 for that big hotel a big roach (water bug) came out of it. The bathroom had no hooks at all. The only thing that was ok was the tv. I took pictures to show the real costal suites. It's a false advertisement and unfair to the customer. I wouldn't stay there if they gave me a free room!

Basic room for the money. Clean, could use an additional chair. The air conditioner is noisy.

Absolutely nothing! Mattress had blood stains on it. Bath tub had hair in it with dirty shoe prints.

Room: Carpet? disgustingly stained and dirty-looking floor. Bed too hard and uncomfortable for wife to have a good night's sleep, causing numbness, tingling, and cramps in hips/legs. She, also, had to sleep on top sheet because bottom sheet was pilled-up and dirty-looking. Also, room not soundproof, big gap under room door and can hear in detail other residents coming and going from rooms down hallway, including a barking dog. Bathroom: tiled floor and countertop more sanitary than bedroom area; shower was adequate, but seniors beware of slanted and stained tub floor. Breakfast: minimal options-fruit and bagels; coffee not strong enough for me but okay for wife and son. Building: No elevator. Hallway flooring more sanitary than bedroom floor. Staff: Super-friendly

Even though there are no phones in the room, the staff will make sure guests get a message if necessary.

I would stay again. For the price, it was a bargain. There were just a few little things that I noticed on my stay. The space under the door is big enough to let sounds from the hallway sometimes. With the A/C running no big deal but at 2 am someone was in the hallway talking loud. The door also my not be a solid door. The place was very clean. The toilet in my room was low to the ground and I am 6 feet tall so I felt like I was sitting low like a child potty training. but no big deal. I do know that all the toilets are not this low. The fridge and microwave were a plus. The area felt safe. I have told a few friends about the place and would surely stay again. The cleaning staff seemed very thorough too. I went to breakfast and back and they were really taking they time on cleaning each room with care.

1st room didn't have a lock on the door, smelled like dirty socks and the carpet was filthy. Moved to a new room and the second room smelled like mildew, carpet wet under the AC and my socks were gross just walking on the floor for 5 minutes. I gave up and figured this was what I get for being cheap and paying $75 a night. It was just me so I decided to tough it out for 2 nights (especially since they had a no cancelation or redund policy). The front staff was very nice at check in and check out. He even called and apologized for the way the room smelled after they went in to turn the room down after i checked out. He didnt have to do call and apologize, so I appreciate that. He was the only reason I didn't give it a 1 star.

Its Was comfortable

We booked a room here for two nights. The room smelled a little moldy, we thought maybe it was from the a/c window unit. It was clean, however the hallway carpets are SEVERELY stained up. We didn’t notice until late into the night that there were various cockroaches coming from the baseboards. We couldn’t leave in the middle of the night with a child so we just tied up all of our bags into trash bags and let the staff know promptly the next morning. They did reimburse us for the night we chose not to stay. Unless a dwelling is severely infested, the roaches do not come out until night. Definitely check this if you stay here. Staff was nice and explained that they do the best they can with exterminators.

Nothing. I got there and checked the room. Huge piece of shower tile broken in shower and stuck bacj on the wall. Nope! Dirty mattress and musty damp room. I asked for a new room. QUESTIONABLE shower and musty room My clothes were damp. Everything I did not like 1st night coming in police and police tape blocking the road for a block i believe their was a pew pew or worse. They were circling things on thr ground and crime scene tape up with a vehicle in wrong direction.

Great value and clean room.
