Park Plaza Hotel

Historical Valet Parking Close to downtown WP Balcony reminds me of French quarter in NOLA

Great location, room was not clean, bathroom needs a good plumber.

Near old hotel. Bed was very comfortable. The couch and chairs in the sitting area are due for an upgrade.

The convenience of the hotel is great. I liked that. It was a historical Boutique hotel. The staff had great Customer Service. The TV sets could be updated.

The location is Gem. Stuff is super welcoming and helpful. Room with park view on Friday night was loud from the street till midnight

Amazing location! Hotel is older so definitely has charm. Great two night stay. Staff is beyond accommodating and helpful. They made the stay great.

Classic, historic, and smack dab in the middle of all things great in Winter Park.

Exceptional

ambience room was very dusty

Great location great staff very clean rooms love it would come back and stay longer great location.

Location A/C on the fritz

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing that was frustrating is that there is a restaurant/club that had their music blaring super loud.

Historic hotel with an excellent staff. Nice surroundings and excellent location. Only issue was that the room was very dark, especially in the bathroom. I'd stay again!

Very good

Perfect location for all the action in winter park

I be loved the old charm and the staff was wonderful Because of the age of the hotel the walls are thin.

Location was excellent Lighting in hallways was awful. Rooms were outdated and needed upgrades. Hotel smelled musty. Bathroom was tiny.

Bad

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this stay. The location was convenient, but the condition and cleanliness of the room completely overshadowed anything positive. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I paid almost $180 for one night and did not even stay for 24 hours. The room had an extremely strong and unpleasant musty/mold odor from the moment we entered. There was visible mold, including dark/black mold-like growth on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom was dirty, the door was damaged, and the room showed a serious lack of maintenance. The sheets and towels did not smell clean and appeared poorly cleaned. I have asthma, and the strong mold/musty odor made my stay extremely uncomfortable. For nearly $180 a night, these conditions were completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, the room should not have been rented in this condition.

The hotel has an excellent location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Lovely balcony.
