The location was perfect for our visit. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean.

This was my first time staying at this location. Check in was a breeze and John was awesome. The rooms however were a little disappointing. The wall paper was peeling, there were dark stains on the carpet, the drawers were off track and tilted leaving gaps between, and the curtains had some red stains on them. I thought the hotel offered daily housekeeping but when we returned to the room at 3pm, the room had not been kept even though we saw housekeeping in the hall at 10am when we left. The bistro was also a bit disappointing since the Starbucks coffee machine wasn't fully functional, and hadn't been for months, so I couldn't get the drink that I wanted.

The staff was very accommodating. We were welcomed with smiles and pleasant conversation. The hotel was A+ my family all agreed five stars all the way. The cleaning staff gets 10 stars, Clean, decor was beautiful well picked out. Loved the pool and the fire pit. Definitely recommend and will return.

Nice stay for the price. Room was clean and spacious. Best shower I've taken at a hotel. Clean and excellent water pressure was relaxing. One note for improvement could be a little bigger mini fridge that includes a small freezer space for your travel ice blocks.

Your front desk staff very courteous, attentive and professional. The accommodations throughout were excellent and well maintained. Check out time would had been nice at 12pm instead of 11am, but given 2 of the 4 rooms were not ready when we checked in, I gather that later time makes it more challenging to have place ready for next guests.

staff was great the reservation was not in the system from booking.com. the staff had to call booking.com to get that fixed but they did go ahead and checked us in and then called to fix that. I've had this issue with booking before this process needs to be fixed

Booking through Engine it gave me two options to pay. $121 for the room or $189 for the room and included breakfast. I selected the $189 option and upon checkin was told breakfast credit would not be honored. I spent 45 minutes at check in trying to sort out the mess. When I got into the room the towel holder was broken and plaster on the wall openings. P.S. I am a Bonvoy Gold Elite Member. So much for perks.
