Quiet ,hot shower,cool room! Very lumpy bed!!!

A lot of flies in the room and baby cockroaches coming from the drain.

A/c did not work! Very uncomfortable

The rooms were hot and I've been asking staff for a fan or some sort of accomidation they tell me no, yet there are people getting portable a/c units to cool their rooms. Crazy.

AC was out and we were unable obtain a refund—the poor kid at the front desk was doing his best but the manager was MIA.

The ac did NOT work! The gentlemen who checked Us in I believe his name was Dre was super helpful he did what he could to accommodate us and went above and beyond this man definitely needs a raise

The staff was amazing, they really know how to do their job :) we arrived on a really hot day and the AC was down but we will definitely come back when its fixed or during winter, really recommend.

Ac did not work, all washers and dryers were out of order. Horrible experience

I was so excited to use the jacuzzi tub in the room but it was too hot in the room. The guy upfront did worn us but I thought he was talking about the water temp which I love it almost scolding hot but with the room itself being a 100 degrees who wants to get into a nice hot bath when your already sweating The guy at Brent was really cool, but we didn’t make a fuss about it. We just stayed in the room kept the windows open, but it was pretty pretty miserable in there.Lol
