Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville Airport Alcoa

Convenient and perfect for airport use

Everything! Motel was beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and friendly !! so close to where we were going !! nothing !!!!

Great location, only complaint is $10/day parking fee

Modern, new, clean, and huge rooms. More firm pillows would have helped.

Breakfast good. Location good for our itinerary. Would have liked bar or dining. Rates to high for lack of amenities. Had to pay for night we did not need. But had paid several months before arrival. Over all disappointed. ☹️ Beds to soft. No restaurant, bar. Rates to high for weekends. Very disappointed. Will not recommend in future travels.

My only disappointment was the room was pretty small. There wasn't even a chair in the room. Otherwise, it was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel "store" was a nice convenience.

Clean and convenient. Needs a restaurant nearby that's in walking distance.

This property only cleans your room every 3 days. More like an extended stay. Upon check-in you must tell reception you want housekeeping every day

Excellent stay! Everything was great!

Need to improve breakfast

We were in bed asleep and housekeeping walked into our room. It was not check out time yet as it was 10am and checkout was at 11am. We woke up to the door opening and seen the housekeeping lady coming into the room. My partner said it wasn’t checkout time yet and she left without saying anything.

Great stay, no complaints.

Staff was very friendly. Location is great as it is super close to the airport and close to everything. The hotel smelled nice. The room was pretty clean overall but the shower had hair from previous guests and some of the towels were dirty. We got clean towels from the front desk without an issue. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come until the day of checkout, right before we checked out. It was not much of an issue but that is something we really like about staying at a hotel versus an Airbnb.

Very clean, updated, very safe. Staff was great, highly recommend for families.

It was new and comfortable. Bathroom floor corners were not clean and handprints of others on surfaces. Also, guy who checked us in was not very friendly, not that he was mean, but not a people person and seemed to take multiple smoke breaks out front as we left for event and when we got back. He deserves his breaks but not very professional smoking at the front doors in my opinion.

Superb

Staff was super helpful. Anabel went above and beyond especially. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The airport shuttle was always pretty quick as well.

Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities.

Good stay. Nice area. Clean

Clean room, great staff, smooth check in and check out, good breakfast options, outdoor pool was nice and mostly clean, beds were not super comfortable
