Staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms have a mini kitchen which would be perfect for weekly stays. Has a pool and was very lean and remolded.

Very old environment, needs paint, baseboards missing in stairwell, fan between bedroom and living room (to circulate air conditioning) needs cleaning and/or painting. Carpet and cabinets need cleaning. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean and functional - that was all we needed. We would not recommend for anything more.

It was a solid place to stay.

Clean, friendly, elevator, comfortable bed Roomm229 - Grab bar in shower is too close to towell shelf above toilet - I hit my head trying to turn on water. The room needed some TLC - paper towel rack in kitchen was dangling from one screw, recycling was left in cupboard below sink, and there were a few places that needed paint touchup.

The room smelled musky and like mold. There were a lot of gnats in the room. Coffee was awful.

There was a hair in my wife’s breakfast however overall it was a good experience.

I have stayed at this property 3 times now for motorcycle events and always feel very safe inside and out as the parking lot is very well lit. It is always clean and the staff pleasant.

The layout of the room We came in after check in and were told someone had gotten our room. We were asked to come back in 15 minutes. We had been traveling and that was a terrible first impression. There was no decent breakfast food. There were no drawers for organizing our clothes and sundries. No shelving anywhere. The shower had no pressure. The refrigerator froze our lettuce, carrots, peppers and cantaloupe even after multiple times changing the temp. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. Only one chair at the counter. The garbage disposal did not work. Compared to the place we came from in Chattanooga, this was a total fail for us. Never coming back.

Breakfast was lacking choices. My card was charged for 2 nights before i even checked in and was to be paid on arrival...staff was courteous, bathroom had bad spot above shower drywall and paint damage, only one chair at table in kitchen area, and you had to be a rodeo star to keep from getting thrown out of it. Not bad but not great...was quiet and closer to area was touring

a few more options for breakfast would be nice. the pillows were pretty bad, and only had 3 pillows for a bed that sleeps 2 people

Clean room and friendly front desk staff. Outdated televisions, and no conditioner with the shampoo.
