It was a good stay. Used the washing machine & dryer. That was convenient.

Close to Disney, great interaction with the staff when we arrived. Great customer service. This is now our choice of place to stay every time we visit

Extremely concerning safety issue — would not stay here again. We arrived Saturday around 5 p.m. and left around 7 p.m. for dinner. When we returned around midnight, we discovered someone had been inside our room. The sofa bed had been pulled out and appeared to have been slept in, and some of our belongings had been moved. Thankfully, nothing was missing. We immediately contacted the front desk, but were told they had no access to security cameras or the key-card system and therefore had no idea how someone entered our room. The hotel was full, so we could not be moved. We were told someone would contact us the next morning, but nobody did. I contacted the front desk again Sunday and had to explain the situation again. I was told a manager would call when they arrived. Nobody did.On Monday, the day we checked out, a manager finally contacted me and said she would investigate. She again stated she did not have access to the cameras and that the key-card system was unavailable or not working properly. She promised to call back within a few hours or the following day. I waited an entire week. Nobody ever called. This is extremely alarming, especially for a hotel near Disneyland where many families and children stay. Someone entered an occupied room, our belongings were moved, and the hotel never provided an explanation or meaningful follow-up.The lack of urgency, accountability, and empathy was unacceptable. Safety should be the bare minimum. We will not stay here again.

The room was clean but it was dated. Location is excellent. Need to update pool and gym.

Location and staff were decent The property is old and dingy. There were bugs and hair in the room.

Great location. Our room wasn’t cleaned well. Found hair in a tiny rubber band when I shut the toilet lid. Also one one the floor which tells me bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and floor wasn’t mopped. I have stayed there years ago and it was nice but seems like not being kept up as well anymore. Bummed!

Nice clean room, clean property and staff was awesome, will definitely rebook for my next Disney trip.

Was nice just smelt weird

Upon arrival check in was super quick. They were friendly and helpful. However when we got in our room there were cockroaches on the kids bunk bed and window sill. We told staff and they got us a new room thankfully. The rooms are very old and the beds aren’t a very comfy. The hotel it’s self is pretty run down..old spring mattresses, broken pieces of wood in the rooms etc. Convenient walk to Disney so that was a plus. Probably never gonna stay here again but it wasn’t the worst. Staff was friendly, Hotel was poor, is the moral of the story.

Room ac did not work. Shower had a shoe print in it and shower looked very old and dirty

I loved the location to Disneyland and near by restaurants The only thing I would say is that neither of the rooms that we rented had extra pillows for the pull out couch so we just had to take some from the king size bed.

We had some dissatisfaction with one of our rooms but they were very nice and helpful and changed our rooms together. The staff was great.

Very convenient to go to Disneyland We appreciated the “suites” with the separate bedroom for the kids (bunk bed + sofa bed) Not the most updated hotel, but really good if you are going to the parks. You can hear the noise from the hallway and the other bedrooms around you pretty well, but it did not bother us too much

We got to the hotel at 445pm. Check in time is at 4pm. They didn’t have a room ready for us. After waiting they ended up putting us in a comparable room that was wheel chair accessible so no tub for the kids. The outlets for bunk room didn’t work and I called to ask maintenance to change out the outlet but never did. The hair dryer had a short and shocked me as it made a terrible electrical noise with sparks and smoke coming from it. They brought me a hairdryer but didn’t remove the danger and left it so we just crossed our fingers no one else tried it. So ridiculous! It to mention the sink on the vanity took for ever to drain so you have a sink full of water and a hairdryer right next to it that’s a danger lol Let’s just say we have been coming here for 17 years and this was our last stay. They need to update the rooms tremendously. So outdated and the beds were so uncomfortable. We won’t be back.
