Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

Clean, comfortable, great pool, close to Disney. Nothing, all great

Exceptional

Pleasant

Location was good Generally liked the hotel, room was spacious Guy at check was not great was not very informative or chatty just a matter of fact Pool could have done with being a little cleaner

The rooms are spacious and clean. A few signs of wear and tear which is normal but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. The front desk agents are friendly and the guest experience agents are kind and helpful. Having a store on property makes it convient to get drinks, coffee and food. I do wish there was a easier way to communicate before arriving on property for things like late check in services. Overall a fantastic experience.

We love staying at the sheraton. It's within walking distance to Disney and has food readily available. The kids love the pool and I love that there is a washer and dryer available onsite.

Awesome once again. Except the hot tub and pool were cold today.

It was a good time ! My wife and I appreciate it !

The staff were amazingly helpful during our stay! Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room each day. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is like mostly okay. The hot tub was lukewarm. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor, by design and not because of broken hardware. For me the biggest pain point is Hotels.com saying prices are all inclusive, and then you show up to the hotel and get a nearly $60 per day parking fee which is just insane. You really have to dig to find this undisclosed fee. Staff was just, meh. The elevators suck if you're on floor 12 or 14. On my next Disneyland trip I will be staying at a different hotel.

The rooms and all around the resort looked clean and taken care of. Loved the balcony on the room. There was a little hiccup upon check in trying to find my reservation but they were able to find it eventually and let us check in early for the mix up.

The staff was great and the shuttle to Disney was convenient and cheap. Right across from the Disney parking as well so it's an easy walk. Great places to eat within the area and easy parking.

easy check in, about a 15 min walk to park. beds are comfy

.

Love the newly remodeled rooms. Easy location to get to Disneyland. We have stayed here many times and this will continue to be our go too

Really loved our stay here and the accessibility to Disney. Parking per day is pretty expensive

Clean room and friendly staff... i do think the rooms are a bit small if you are traveling with children. We are a family of 3 and I do feel a suite was needed

Clean, comfortable, air conditioned, modern/new Hot tub wasn’t very warm. Definitely wasn’t hot.

Very good

Staff was friendly and helpful. Service at the restaurant was excellent!
