This place, like what all the other honest reviews say, was rough to begin with. After checking in and entering our room we were surprised to find a dirty room. After raising my concerns to the staff they were on it to make it right. Legit, even after the first impression, they made it right. It was as clean as a whistle, not a bed bug in sight and everything worked properly, except the TV was a bit laggy but that wasn’t a big deal. All in all the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the modernized room, A/C blew cold and the shower ran hot water. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE. I hope they learn to keep the rooms cleaner and I wouldn’t mind giving them my business again in the future.

Room was dirty, no one in the office when trying to check in, and horrible smell outside of room.

    Near Disneyland

When I checked in at the lobby/office, there was no one there and a little kid came out because I believe their apartment is connected to the office so I had to call the property. There was also roaches in the room and it was not clean.

Big room and TV and close to Disney No maid service unless you ask for it. That was not clear. Never have stayed in hotel that room wasn’t cleaned. So trash full, no coffee service. Constantly running water in sink. Half shower door created the biggest mess. No ice machine! Never again. No elevator for the disabled. Cigarette burn on the comforter though sheets looked clean.

Room needed to be cleaned better, a/c was good.

  • Engine customer Oct 2026

The sheets were dirty, the towels were with some spots, the shower was dirty, there's no phone at the room so if you need something you have to go to the office or make a phone call with your phone, also the office smells so bad

The bed was comfy… but the property wasn’t really clean. Found multiple hairs in our bathroom and lots of baseboards needing repair. It’s very close to Disney though - super convenient with the bus stop right outside.

Comfortable Beds, Great Price, and Close to Disneyland! Overall, our stay was good, especially considering this was a last-minute booking! The price was definitely a plus, and while there were a few inconveniences, it worked out well for what we needed. I would rate the location a 6/10. The property is only about a 5-minute drive from Disneyland, which was convenient! However, I would not recommend walking, especially with kids, because you have to cross a major busy street. We took Uber instead, and our rides were less than $15 each way. It was safe, easy, and hassle-free! The main reasons for my 6/10 location rating were that the property is located behind a liquor store and the parking is pretty tight. On the positive side, the area was surprisingly quiet, with very little traffic. Having the liquor store nearby was also convenient because we were able to grab ice and drinks when needed. Now, the beds were definitely the highlight of our stay! Our room had one queen bed and two bunk beds, and ALL of them were incredibly comfortable! The mattresses were soft memory foam, which we absolutely LOVED! The sheets were clean, and the pillows were soft. After a long day at Disneyland, comfortable beds were exactly what we needed! Would I stay here again? It wouldn't necessarily be my first choice, but if other good options weren't available, I would consider it again. For us, it worked out because we booked last minute and needed something affordable and close to Disneyland. Bottom line: If you're looking for a budget-friendly place near Disneyland with comfortable beds and don't mind a few minor inconveniences, this is a decent option. It served its purpose for our family, and the price definitely helped outweigh the drawbacks! Room Could Use More Attention to Cleaning and Maintenance Although the room appeared to have received a recent makeover, there were definitely some areas that needed more attention. One of the first things we noticed was a musty smell in the room, which wasn't very pleasant. I actually ended up purchasing extra cleaning supplies and giving the room a good wipe-down myself just to feel more comfortable. There were also some minor scuffs on the walls and door frames, which weren't a huge deal but were noticeable. The bathroom was probably our biggest concern. Our shower was missing a tile, which allowed water to get into that area, and honestly, it looked a little gross. The shower also had a half-glass panel design that didn't do a very good job of keeping the water inside. Every time we showered, water would leak onto the bathroom floor, creating a puddle that we had to clean up using the hotel's towels. Thankfully, I had brought my own towel for personal use, but having to use the provided towels to constantly soak up water was definitely inconvenient, especially when traveling with family. The blinds were also broken, which added to the feeling that some maintenance details had been overlooked. The outside walking area was covered in cigarette butts when we arrived, which wasn't the best first impression. However, by the next morning, the cleaning crew had already swept everything up! You could definitely tell that the cleaning and maintenance teams were working hard to keep up with the property, and I appreciated seeing that effort. We also didn't have a TV remote when we arrived, but management was quick to respond and replaced it ASAP, which we appreciated! We requested a microwave for our room as well, and they were kind enough to provide one. That was a really nice gesture and made our stay more convenient. Overall, I want to give credit where it's due.

The room directly below me was having some sort of I can only assume, mold issue I believe. There were several men they were in like biohazard uniforms. So our room above, it smelled so strong of like a cleaning solvent that it gave me a headache, and I felt lightheaded. They obviously did some very nice renovations which elevate the room, but then it was not kept. Like the baseboards were super dirty. They were like dirt smudges all over the wall like very simple things that could’ve made a huge difference. I just felt not very clean.

Nothing about this property is good, the staff was rude, the rooms were disgraceful, bugs on bed, floor, ceiling, mold accumulation in bathroom ceiling, walls were filthy. Everything about this property was gross.

Room was clean and we’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, however, I cannot say the same for this weekends stay. Around 3AM we woke up to find the bathroom floor wet and ceiling swelling. Turned out it was leaking coming from the room above us. It kept getting worse and the office was closed and no one was answering the emergency line. It didn’t stop until we went to check on the people upstairs and let them know. We thought the ceiling was going to collapse. The next day we told management about our experience they didn’t even apologize or offer a partial refund.

The room had a very bad odor to it. Never had this happened to us before. Parking was not terrible very tight squeeze. Did like the fact we were able to check in after hours. There were someone else lashes stuck to The bathroom. Also there were no bags in the trash cans.

We stayed here two nights for a Disneyland trip. We wanted cheap and basic. I will say it is a cute place and the staff is great. The first room had a funk and the TV was missing. We told staff and immediately multiple staff came over to see and looked very confused. They quickly switched us to a different room. You can definitely hear upstairs and when someone takes showers. But everyone seemed to do it at resonable hours so no problem there. I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t not stay here stunk I found pee stains on the wall of my room and sheets also had the same my friend and his family also traveled with us got give a key to a room that was occupied and then second room had rat poop do not stay here

  • Engine customer Oct 2026

First stay was fair but towels were dirty. Used own sheets. Second time there were previous guest trash on counters, bugs on the floor. Too dirty to stay so ate the rate and changed hotels.

Do not stay at this property. I saw good reviews and TikToks before booking, but do not be fooled. The first room had mold and smelled so bad that I asked to be moved. The second room was also very dirty. The walls were filthy, the refrigerator had dried-up spills from previous guests, and the pillows had stains. There was also no cold water at all. I personally saw people around the property who appeared to be struggling with drug use or serious behavioral issues. I later learned from locals that this hotel is known for housing people through city voucher programs, including people struggling with addiction or mental illness. Although nothing happened to us during our stay, as a mom staying here with kids, the environment was very unsettling. More than anything, the hotel was VERY dirty and nothing like what I saw in the videos online. I would not stay here again, especially with children. Mind you these pictures are from the second room so you can imagine how much worse the 1st one was.

Moldy rooms, water was off for quite awhile, water also doesn’t get very warm, scuff marks and holes.
