Friendly staff, well-kept, clean rooms and 2 big bottles of water in the room upon check in. Around the corner from a gas station and Starbucks, which is very convenient.

Convenient location, close to the Disney Resort. The room door had visible crowbar marks from a previous break-in. As is typical for a motel, the rooms were quite noisy and sound insulation was poor.

The location is great. A perfect, easy walking distance from the parks. They also took care of our bags and made sure they got to our room when we were at the park all day. The AC worked okay, but took a long time to cool the room down which made it a pretty warm stay. It could have been slightly cleaner, with hair scattered around the room and stuck on the bed when we entered.

It was very clean and well kept! The proximity to Disneyland is perfect if your driving, its not bad in traffic. Beds were pretty comfortable, toilet and water pressure are good and we could hook up our Fire stick to the TV to watch our apps. No complaints

It was clean and spacious There was only 1 chair when 2 people were staying in a king room. There was definitely more room for another chair or table besides a desk and chair. And the bed was too noisy.

The property was clean and quiet! Staff was kind and helpful! The bathroom could be better. There were black spots on the ceiling looks like it could have been mold, the bathroom window area was dirty had cobwebs, the shower had no hooks or area for us to place our toiletries, and the outlet for curlers was not secure. Also, we had a room for 4 people and there was 1 chair at the desk to eat. One recommendation would be to add a full length mirror.

This place was amazing! We stayed here for our 2 days Disney trip, and it was an excellent budget-friendly hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, and it came with a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient for storing and preparing our food. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the Disney area. The room was clean and well-maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the air conditioner, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

Such a calm and relaxed hotel. We would absolutely stay at 414 again in the future. Starbucks is walking distance, Disney is just a 5 minute uber ride away. Accomodations are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The staff was kind and made everything easy!

it was good not that hi fi standard basic motel if low budget close to disney. It was okay though. Thanks!

Great place to stay. The room was clean and the staff during our check in was nice and made us feel welcomed. We’ll be staying again next time!
