Room were spacious, breakfast included, staff was awesome. Breaks stopped before 10a.m.

We had a great experience staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South. One of the biggest highlights was the size of the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The complimentary breakfast was another major plus, offering a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. Having breakfast included made the stay even better and added excellent value. The location was also very convenient, especially for visiting Disneyland and other Anaheim attractions. It made getting around easy while providing a comfortable place to return to after a busy day. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of spacious accommodations, a quality included breakfast, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Anaheim area, especially families or travelers looking for comfort and good value. Unfortunately, the condition of the pool was a major disappointment during our stay. The pool area did not appear to be regularly or properly cleaned, and the overall condition was pretty gross. There were clumps of hair floating in the water and accumulated around the edges of the pool, while the water itself looked cloudy and murky rather than clean and inviting. There were also wet, discarded towels left lying around the area, adding to the impression that the pool was not being properly maintained. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better attention to cleanliness and upkeep, especially in an area where guests are swimming and relaxing. The condition of the pool made me question its overall cleanliness and whether it was being adequately maintained throughout the day. While the spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, and convenient location were positives, the pool experience was genuinely disappointing. Management really needs to pay closer attention to pool maintenance, water clarity, and keeping the surrounding area clean and presentable. A hotel can offer great amenities, but those amenities need to be properly maintained for guests to enjoy them.

The breakfast lobby is gorgeous and it has a nice variety of different food. The rooms are really nice. The bed is comfy. My husband and I came on our honeymoon. it is also super close to Disney.! I guess the elevators were a little slow but it’s not a serious issue

Room was nice

Only thing we had problems with was the water in the shower. The water was in and out of warm and cold and never got hot. Don’t get room 509… the faucet (temperature gauge) looks broken. And also my wife said the room smelled like mildewy. Not a strong smell but undertone. Other than that. The housekeeping was great. We had fresh towels and beds made everyday and garbages dumped.

Location for Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. There are food places close by. I thought I had booked a 2-bedroom room i.e. a room with two separate bedrooms for 3 adults - myself, my daughter and her husband. However, on arrival at 3am in the morning, we discovered that our 2-bedroom room was a 1-bedroom with a separate lounge/dining. We were told that when we close the door of the bedroom, that makes it a 2-bedroom room as it separates the bedroom from the lounge/dining, where there is a fold-out bed. OMG Booking.com and Embassy Suites - be honest!! It's a 1- bedroom room with a lounge/dining area with a fold out bed! Stop misleading your customers!! So disappointed and felt punked! Would not have booked this place had I known that it was only a 1-bedroom room!!

The morning omelet station was a very nice addition! It was nice to have fresh breakfast each morning before Disneyland! I would say it is definitely very very busy, the only thing was waiting for elevators takes awhile sometimes due to large amounts of people here. But other than that everything was awesome!

Breakfast was really good on French toast days. Okay in pancake days. Coffee was gross.

The property was cleaned and the good was good. The parking was 25 a day.

It is quite close to Disney and there is a shuttle bus the AC was super loud that could not fall asleep. We called the front desk at night. They said they will find a person tp solve it tomorrow morning. But they didn’t. It was still loud the other day. Also the room is a bit old. They don’t provide slippers or bottled water. You will need to pay for your laundry. With the same budget, l’d rather live in the Hyatt next to this hotel.

breakfast was delicious. room was comfortable and spacious. staff was friendly, and location cannot be beat for getting to disneyland. will stay here again next time! nothing.

The bed was comfy and the evening reception and breakfast was nice. The snack area at the evening reception was messy and looked picked over. The handles for the shower need to be adjusted. They fell off and spun around so not able to gauge the hot water.
