We weren’t able to check in early(due to system issues) but the front desk was kind and gave us our parking pass. I asked several questions and she was very helpful. We caught the trolley to Disney about 20 mins later. Breakfast was good!

We had a great stay! The breakfast was solid, with enough options to satisfy our family of five. The hotel was quiet, very clean, and spacious enough for our whole family to feel comfortable. The pool was also clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Love this Hotel! so clean and convenient. Everything is near by, convenient stores, Disneyland Park, restaurants you name it. The staff is so friendly and front desk was really nice!

No stay three nights room got clean once I had to ask twice… my room was buy the mechanical room … nose keep me up all nite … did not sleep good … feel like sleeping in my ride… that how bad the noise was.

It was a great stay 10/15 mins away from Disney.

Great Place to stay!! Clean, Great Complimentary Breakfast every morning!! Waffles,Eggs,sausage, filled our bellies before a fun, long day at Disneyland!!! Pool too!!

The Hotel was close to Disneyland. Loved that they had the option to purchase shuttle bus tickets. The staff was very friendly and so helpful!! Breakfast was good. Felt safe that there was security on site. Located where there were plenty of places to eat The bathroom was not very clean and the floors and carpet needed to be vacuumed. The shower head did not work. The worst part was the air conditioner!! It made this loud noise all day and all night. It sounded like it was going to explode. It kept waking my family up when we were trying to sleep!!!

Great stay!! Recommend this hotel and nice staff! Breakfast was great and had resources for disneyland shuttles. Gret service overall room was clean as well!!

I was assigned an accessible room and I’m not handicapped and wasn’t able to move rooms because they over booked, upon asking for a shower mat because it got really slippery they said they don’t have any. So I had to purchase one myself. There was quite a few bees by the pool, we couldn’t enjoy it for longer time due to my mom being allergic and more started showing up. All in all my stay was not ideal at this hotel.

Clean rooms The parking situation was absolutely awful! Come into town to stay close to Disneyland and for vacation and can’t even find parking at night because of the ice cream shop next door! You can watch ppl park and leave going to the Italian ice shop while we drive around for 20 minutes to find a spot! We were at Disneyland all day, walk around for 12+ hours , tired and have to drive around looking parking after WE PAY TO PARK AT THE HOTEL. There are signs about no parking for the Italian ice shop but nothing else being done. We saw one car being towed. We watched multiple car parking there and leaving the lot to go next door as we drive around looking for a spot! We pay per day to park there and we have to driver around looking for a spot or chance parking at another hotel for us to get towed! It’s absolutely ridiculous and honestly after spending as much as we did for the vacation enough to not recommend this hotel or stay here again. There should be security actually watching cars and having them towed.

Checking in was horrible. I had to ask a lot of basic questions about our stay. Front desk receptionist was very short. Others throughout our stay were very nice and helpful.

The room was clean. Room was the best I ever been to. Room seemed like one bedroom apartment. Room had king size bed, kitchen that included utensils and pots and pans, a living room, big bathroom,walk in shower,two closets,one was a walk in closet, one t.v. In the living room, one in the bedroom, a balcony with an excellent view that we were able to watch fireworks from Disneyland.
