Very quiet, clean, good location

You could tell they just put “band aids” on things when they break or malfunction. Our toilet started to leak from the base on our second day there. The toilet also wouldn’t flush completely. I informed hotel staff and there was no urgency to fix the problem. We left for the evening and when we returned, a towel, that looked as if it had mold on it, had being placed on the bathroom floor next to the toilet. And the toilet was still leaking. I’m so glad we were leaving the next day. When we checked out, I voiced my compliant(again) and there was no apology or concern from the employee. I will never stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is great, the room was nice and clean, very spacious, and the balcony was a plus for me!! My husband and I had a great stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Very poor.....will never come back.

Convenient They charged my card more the the total they said

The location was convenient The room was tired and beaten up, the place seemed like a ghost town. The air con unit didn’t even have knobs. I wasn’t able to adjust the heat or air. Wallpaper was hanging off in the hallways. The fridge didn’t work in my room, the tv remote worked …a little. The fitness center was closed for renovation yet that isn’t mentioned on the website. It seemed like I was the only guest in the entire place which seemed odd. It almost seemed shady.

The balcony was not clean and had not been clean for some time. The room smelled like a musty person.

There were some really noisy neighbors who argued loudly during my stay. This is no faulty of the staff, but it made for an unpleasant experience for me. Outside of the guests next door, not really.

Location! Close to our daughter and Life University!

I liked mostly everything Just things....the elevator all the way down the hall and I would have liked the bathroom to be upgraded more modern

The tub was stopped up and filled with hair. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was not clean, other people's hair on surfaces and bath door.

Location was close to Truist Park and the interstate. Hotel was clean and attractive. Nice pool and inner courtyard. The room was spacious. Courtesy shuttle wasn't working. The single elevator was inconveniently located at the end of one hall. The bed sagged. Breakfast was shut down at 9:20 even though the night staff said it was open until 10:00 a.m. The breakfast selection was pitifully sparse. Morning desk staff unfriendly and not helpful.
