Reviews

Indoor pool was closed and fire alarm went off continuously throughout night. Staff was nice and helpful.

The Staff are GREAT! If visiting Truist Park for Braves Games or Concerts unless you plan to drive and pay for the parking ticket at The Park DONT WALK! The distance is going to be up and down hills I would not recommend with small kids unless they are in a stroller.

I never got to try the breakfast. I cannot rate the food. I liked how comfortable the bed was and the pillows were very nice as well. The room was very clean. The staff were nice. I liked the cookies I got at check in. I liked the glasses for cocktails that were in the room. I loved the shower and the shower pressure. I liked having a microwave and fridge in the room too. There needs to be alot of maintenance done on the rooms. My room only had 6 channels on the TV. I was not happy about that. My door would not even lock. U could just push it in and it opened. I did not like the dimmness of lights. The room needs to be brighter. The ice maker was broke on the 6th floor. I had to go.to.the 5th floor to get ice. I did not like that you have to pay for breakfast and parking. Online they are not forthcoming about shuttle is only for games. It never says that. That is deceiving. Also, I called and they said that you could not get in the hot tub and indoor pool but when i.got.there kids were in the hot tub. That was deceiving as well.

Overall great facility, bathroom was a little small. Great stay and great staff.

Nothing Desk service tucked. Desk gave my room entry. Key to another guest and they entered my room when I was sleeping!

We only stayed 1 night. The bed was very nice and the AC was great! The lights in the room were pretty dull. I hated that I had to pay to park at the hotel I was staying at. That was a little ridiculous. I can tell it is an older hotel that hasn’t really been renovated recently. The lights outside were falling down. The wallpaper/paint in the room and bathroom were peeling. The vents were dusty. If I was staying a while, I wouldn’t stay here again. For 1 night, it works.

Hotel staff were excellent. I would warn people who are counting on the shuttle to the ballpark that the hotel staff and the van driver were not agreeing on when the last shuttle was leaving the ballpark. Desk said 11:00pm and the driver said 10:00pm. Also the van fills up fast.

I really loved how close it was to the Truist Baseball Stadium. The beds were comfy and clean. Having to pay for parking, the breakfast was not free and the bathroom was super small you had to squeeze to get it around the toilet and the door as you enter. The staff were not friendly at all. There were not many plugs in the room for a family of 4 compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The pool area was gross and the filters were not on. The furniture needed pressure washing they were so dirty and black.

Man! What a cool space. Everyone was super friendly and there was a free Braves shuttle. The lower level rooms open to the pool deck and hott tub area.

Breakfast was included, if it wasn't it would not have been worth the price. Grits were fantastic, Everything else was just okay. What was this a toilet for ants? It was so low to the ground and so cramped in there, it was not nice. I wanted a bathtub and there was none. The indoor pool was closed for seasonal repairs during labor day weekend. The bed was so firm that I could not get comfortable.

Location System was down and couldn't check in until after the game. We were not compensated for the inconvenience had to change outside in my car
-
Location Shuttle driver told us the wrong time for the pick up from the game and had to Pay a cab $20.
-
The stay at the Hotel and the room was great. However, we were there to see a Braves game and the shuttle driver took us to the stadium dropped us off and told us it would be good if we left in the 7th inning of the game to catch the shuttle back to the Hotel and that he would not stay past 10:00 pm. I paid to see a baseball game not a portion of the game but the whole game. One of the reasons I stayed at this Hotel is because of the shuttle service. Needless to say the game was over at 10:04 and the shuttle was gone when we got the pickup spot and we had to walk back to the Hotel. This was after leaving the shuttle driver a $20.00 tip. Not Happy!!!
-
Love everything about our stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was great. They even have a free shuttle to and from the Braves game. This will be the only place we will stay when we come to the game!

Exceptional

The rooms are dingy. I would describe it as the “manager special” repeated paint a quick fixes. The lobby and parking space was nice. It offers a ride to Truist Park but then told pick up time is 10pm sharp, the game isn’t over leaving guest to navigate with a ride-share. Also there is not on site laundry machines as advertised. Location isn’t too far but not walking distance from ball park.
-
Front desk staff and the servers at breakfast were delightful and on the ball!

Expedia Double charge me for the room when I called about it. They said there’s nothing they can do but originally they said they would take care of. It sent me an email afterwards stating there was nothing they could do about it. I will never use Expedia again when I get my bill, I will file with American Express and have one of those charges removed from my account. I will never use your company again I am a Doubletree rewards member. I don’t have any problem with Doubletree. I have a problem with Expedia. You’re a terrible company. I will make sure I let everyone I know not to use your company.

Room was not ready at check in, lobby was hot with no ac, charged 50 to park one night due to Braves game. Room was at least clean, spacious and ac worked but probably would not stay here again.
